I was hping that I wouldn't want anything from this collection but they had to have paint pots, beauty powders and mes, damn them, damn them to heck!!!
the shadows are the same quality as normal ones - for the most part you get great quality but like with normal mac shadows there are sometimes the odd dud. i have been nothing but happy with my older holiday palettes though

So disappointed that there're Technakohls but not Pearlglides. Also, I want a grey or silver paintpot for ages, but the discription for the one I though that would be grey is now described as black with pearl. Sigh.
I like te look of the mineralize brushes (this set will be a huge hit, seeing the reaction here on Specktra!) and will get one of the lipglass Dazzlespheres, if they are not to pricey. From the colour story I only like the BPs. Like katred says, the MES are so unpredictable, maybe I like thm after swatching.
I don't think the packaging is bad - but it doesn't wow me. I still love my Tartan packaging from last year!

Thankfully, nothing is really calling my name as I'm planning to go on a MAC no buy for the rest of this year. If there turns out to be something to be spectacularly amazing, it'll go on my Christmas wish list. Hopefully, some of this will make it to the CCOs after Christmas.

Where is the "GLITTER"????!!!!!
3-D Glitter? Reflects?.....The collection looks beautiful, but I have to admit I was really hoping for the "ultimate bling" on this one....
looks like the brush handles got the majority of it, lol.

I totally agree. I tried the Technakohls way back and I found them very difficult to work with. I could barely get them to show up and it was almost impossible for me to get a solid line. Maybe I picked a dud, but I'm not that eager to fork over money to try again.

i am sad there are no new glitters but very happy with the collection and look forward to it

Didn't wanna read thru the previous posts so idk if it's been commented on but I think i kinda like the packaging....at least for some of the products and sets.

Can't wait to hear what you thought of it esp the brushes....I am really interested in the brush sets esp the duo fiber set and I am wondering what the quality is like.....Gotta go now... more later. But it is beyond AWESOME
