MAC Glitter and Ice Discussion

I think I am most excited about the glitter nailpolish... and I'm SO glad it's multicoloured sparkle, not the pink glitter that Temptalia has up!

The color combo is pretty nice - it's the normal pastel opalescent colors PLUS a really cool deep royal blue. The size of the glitter is kind of off-beat, not the usual tiny or the fancy big/multi-sized. I think people will be divided on whether it looks cheap or just different because of this.

totally agreed, glitter and ice doesnt have anything that catches my eye. When I first saw what was in it I had to FORCE myself to like the eyeshadow palettes. On the other hand I already know what I am getting from Naturally and all the other winter collections.

I agree with you Diva4eva122. I too tried to see if there was anything that was unique ( as a fellow mac lover, know it is hard to walk away from an entire collection let alone one with special packaging) but nothing was. I thought what a joy would be unique but it seems quite similar to rebel so it's not a must have.

I was the same, i wanted to love it all with special packaging... which is why i picked just an eyeshadow and 1 dazzleglass i liked.

It really does look like this in person! I have one of Deborah Lippman's glitter polishes (serious buyers remorse there) and Unconditionally Fabulous has more sparkle than glitter. From what I remember, it looks more like confetti and not disco glitter.

Wow, I would say the opposite. As the polish is clear, it does not look at all like the promo pic. It's plain ol' clear n/p with glitter thrown in it. I tried to love it, but it did not work out for me. At all.
