MAC - Holiday 09: Magic, Mirth and Mischief (Holiday Sets Part I) Discussion

Ahh I can't wait till this comes out. That Pink boxed lipset is cute I may have
to pick that one up along with the pigments. Can anyone tell me if they are
the same height as the standard lip glasses? I didn't buy anything besides the
pigment sets of Holiday 2008 Collections.

the lipglosses sets are so nice! last year i didn't even buy a lipgloss set. my mum picked up the neautral lips set at a cco for me... but the colours last year weren't nearly as nice as these!

My list is getting so long you guys - so here's what I have so far:

Definitely getting these:

• Brush Sets - Do the Trick & Wave of a Wand
• Eye Kit - Alakazam/Chocolate Eye
• Pigment Sets - I know I'm getting at least one of these (most likely cool capers, but there's a possibility I might get another one as well if I have enough money that week).

Want these but not sure if I'll get them or not - will have to see the swatches first:

• Eye Kit - Smoke & Mirrors
• Lip Kit - Put a Spell on you or House of Mirth
• Mineralized Kit - Pinkzapoppin (I reallyt like Fun In The Sun but I'm afraid it'll make me look orange - I have cool undertones).

I'm also looking at the lipglass sets: they look so intriguing. I feel like I need a reason to justify me buying one set of those. Is there any one here that's planning on buying at least one of thse? I'm afraid that I won't be able to use up all 5 glosses before they dry up.

Fun In The Sun Mineralize Kit will be mine since it has Shimpagne MSF! I also would like Put A Spell On You and House of Mirth lip bags as well as Naughty Noir Eye Bag with Shimmertime pigment in full size!!

Well I am kinda happy as I have pretty much all the pigments so don;t think I will be getting any off the sets hmmm maybe that means I will give in to my want for the style black eyeshadows.

i put some cash into my mac savings fund to go towards all the holiday bits i want! at least if i start saving now i won't feel like i'm spending such a big chunk at the time!!

Ohh It's a Full-sized Shimmertime p/m? I have to get it,I thought it was a mini vial one -I missed out on it,because they sold out of it when it came out,turns out the MA didn't know they had a few somewhere in the store,oh well this comes with other stuff too, Cool!

not that it really matters, but for the last 2 years, it's actually a tiny bit taller than the regular ones. i have a few from 2005 or 2006. they are the same height as regular lipglasses
