When I saw the first pictures I thought that this year's smokey eyes palette would be pretty similar to the last year's.
But in my opinion they're totally different. The Red She Said-one was very dark, really smokey and quite cold.
The Smoke and Mirrors-palette can create a sensual smokey eye, but has very soft shades. And every shade, at least this is what I think, has a very sheer and soft rosé-nuance in it.

The colour collection is already out at Robinson's! Ive got Conjure up, very nice!

I want to have a look to the mini lipglasses set, I think I'll skip the rest, the palette have areally nice packaging but I swatched Sorceress but I found it have a colour pay off.
I was about to pre order one of the Mineralize kit but i walked away and return it the next day ( a trick I'm learning to curb impulse buys!) and I didn't find the so special after all... well my wallet is doing the happy dance, now!!!

Hmmmm...that sounds like something I could love too as I love soft shades. I'll have to take a look at it next time I go to the mall.

I love my Smoke and Mirrors palette... but then, I love a neutral look.

It kinds of reminds me of the neutral shadows from N Collection (a huge favourite of mine) in that they aren't too sparkly, just really natural and natural looking.

I think I've figured out why I talked myself out of the eye palettes after wanting them so badly...I really don't like palettes.

I LOVE quads, but palettes...not so much. I have quite a few and they all look brand spankin new. I have to start somewhere with cutting out my "that looks pretty, I need it" purchases, and this is a good place to start!

I'm really excited about the lipglass sets though! I can't wait for those.

^ Usually there are at least 2 colours in a palette that I don't like, something very contrasty, or odd, to give the palette some unusualness. But I don't want those colours.

I found these palettes to have all the colours I like - all in one palette. That doesn't happen all the time with MAC and that's why I bought a few.

That was my initial thought too....there are way too many pretty things, and I've been getting more interested in other brands lately.

I'm torn between the eye palettes. I really like the Warm and Smokey but when i see more pictures i like the Cool one.

In the Sorceress pallete the middle blue colour at the top is grabbing my attention..I haven't seen anything like it..

So true - how can we be almost to the end of October already?

Still hollding firm with nothing so far from this or the colour collection. I may wait for things to go to the CCO......if I get anything at all.

I swatched Light Flush and Shimpagne today and I like Shimpagne more. It is gorgeous but I have Soft & Gentle which looks similar? I'm torn between the mineralise kits. If I get more confuse I may just pass both kits and get Dainty only.

this colour is what is making me buy this palette and not the others! i haven't seen anything similar by any other brand either!

Shimpagne MSF and Light Flush MSF are gorgeous! I like Shimpagne more and I wish that it can be released seperate as well as Nuance MB.

I love Shimpagne! I have everything that is coming out with it (mes, mb) but all i really want from that set is Shimpagne..so i don't know what to do..lol

MAC should have just released the MSFs individually! I'm lucky that I don't have any of the items in both sets, but that doesn't mean I want them.
