So in going through my Drawer of Orphaned Makeup last night, I found my old Brassy fluidline (and Shade, Waveline, Silverstroke, and Frostlite!). Any idea how Brassy compares to Copperthorn?

Wow! I didn't even realize this! How interesting....do you know what the difference is? Don't think I would be putting this baby all over my face like a beauty powder LOL!

Thanks for the pics!

Completely different in color and texture. Brassy is yellow gold, creamy with no glitter. Coppertone is a bronzed copper color with a gritty glitter texture. I can wear brassy the same way I would wear a paintpot. This is just my opinion based on how it looked on my skintone. U can have both they are not similar. Out of the three the purple one is the worst the texture is very patchy and dry, even if it was great the color don't show up on me unless i use a white liner first still I wouldn't like the texture

I find these have a finer and may be thinner texture than normal powder blushes. I find them easy to use and blend. They feel smoother overall! And this one is purely a blush no all over face...

My Bred for Beauty is here

Good news: it's as beautiful as I remember. Bad news: it's damn near the same color as Nars Desire lol. Desire is the slightest bit brighter and BFB is the slightest bit more red-toned. Good to know I have a back-up, right? lol

I had to do full-on clown cheeks to even get it to show up in a pic lol. It's super pigmented, though; hardly had to tap my brush in it. Superb is the highlight, Pedro quad on the eyes, Flamingo lined with Magenta on lips. Full face to do laundry lol.

Gorgeous, pinkpaint

I'm happy to say after my massive overspending in the Osbourne collection, I behaved myself in this one and stuck to my low-buy. I purchased:

Green Room ES
Blooming Mad ES

Haven't tried Blooming yet, but I wore Green Room all over the lid the other day with Powersurge eye kohl (my go-to eyeliner) on the lower lashline and

I finally found a teal-green ES that I love on me!

I have tried endless ones by MAC-- Jealousy Wakes, Blue Sorcery, Surf USA, Shimmermoss, etc., and you name it from other brands too. None of them looked right on me when worn all over the lid (or remotely green). This one looks right and green-leaning! Very happy!

My lone issue was I had trouble getting it opaque, kept seeing my skin tone peek through it. I don't know if my skin is just acting up right now due to the extreme heat or what; I usually don't have this problem and don't need a base to get most shadows to show up. Same exact issue I had with Kelly's quad from the Osbourne collection.

I have not been able to catch up on this thread of late but I got my stuff this week! On Tuesday I grabbed the Fluidlines plus AL, BM, and GR e/s. I was not going to get all the FL but after swatching them I had to. Yesterday I took some older SS and Be a Lady with me and compared them with the new SS. The differences were minimal, so I was able get away with MB only. I think I made a good decision.

I've already worn a MB look with Copperthorn and I liked it. I was able to build it up a little and it gave a nice sparkly accent for my eye look.

I usually make a collection quad, too, so I think I will go and depot now...
