I'm watching this British go go movie from 1965 right now - so much hair, makeup and clothes, along with the music and silly dances.
Anyhow, the lipsticks! They're very very vibrant and glowing, which is great, because sometimes MAC balances these colors so they look really bright on medium and darker skin but on me they look a little standard and don't pop. Well, these POP. And they're nice and solidly opaque and not greasy looking, like I know some SS can be, just moist. The swatches that Mosha posted (THANK YOU!) make them look a lot more sheer and subdued than they actually are, but the colors are quite accurate, happy to say. If anything, all the colors lean slightly bluer than in the photo, but even Lust Extract isn't exactly purple, but definitely MAC's definition of violet. I'm not going to say any of these colors are super unique, except for Moody Bloom, but they're definitely high quality for Sheen Supremes - this is a much higher quality batch than the ones that came out with Tropical Taboo.
Pheremonal pulled quite red on me - it was redder looking on me than Impassioned normally looks, but it's in that vein. It was also a touch less bright on me than LI or Phosphorescent, which are the two I want besides MB. It will look very bright and pinker on darker skin than mine. Lust Extract and Phosphorescent are BRIGHT on me and like I was saying, these aren't always colors that look bright on my skin tone. They seem like they have similar technology to the Kelly lipsticks and Mangrove, where they really pop and glow, but don't appear light reflective or shimmery, per se. There's got to be something reflective in there though, because you can't get such a vibrant effect from a rich pigmented color mix alone, even with the best pigments and sophisticated color mixing. I like whatever is going on here….I bet they're using similar tech in the latest blushes like Cheeky Bugger and Bred For Beauty in this collection, which are very vibrant, but also light and sheer, without shimmer or sheen.
LI is a bright, bluish violet pink, somewhat along the lines of Riri Boy, but with more pink and brighter. Part of me feels like I already have this color somewhere else, but another part of me isn't so sure about that. It really brings out my green eyes, and I like Sheen Supremes overall, so I may get it. If you want only one lipstick between this and Dodgy Girl, I'd say DG is the more purple and unusual one, but this one will look better on a wider range of skin tones and also be easier on the lips. Phosphorescent is bright coral pink, and has the same glowing thing going on. Again, I keep feeling like I already have some similar colors, but there's something about this one that sets it a bit apart and the texture compliments the color very well. None of the colors dupe Playland directly, although they sort of remind me of what happens to the Playland lipsticks when you mix and match the glosses on top of them, only with these, you get that depth and glow without having to mix and match and of course, without the heavier texture you get when you have to layer products - in other words, bright, but not as whore-mouth
Even still, all of these could be skipped in favor of Moody Bloom, which I already have raved about. There is no way in the entire universe there will be a way to photograph the amazing multichrome quality in this lipstick. It even looks multichrome right in the tube - you can just twirl it around and watch the color shift along the circumference of the bullet. It's The Future and I am adoring it. Phenomenal!!!!

WW is a great blush, but definitely a try before buy, since it leans quite warm. Also, even though it's not frosty when applied, it's possible it might act up a little bit if you're taking snapshots out at night with flash. If that matters to you, it's something to consider. No, problem! I usually try to be anti-enabling lol but I think WW could be a great color for a lot of people (especially you!), and swatches don't always do it justice.
