Those are my two definites so far!

Mine too! I think Black Ivy looks lovely from the swatches I've seen so far.

After seeing swatches, all i want is black ivy. But i spent wayyyy too much between pedro and the Osbournes, PH, and some other goodies from the perm line. I will wait for Simpsons and fall/holiday stuff. I'm out and enjoy!

I did not. I don't trust the way she swatches things tho. Her swatches of the other fluidlines suck ass too, but Karen's swatches are way better!

It's not the mirror I'm concerned about because I think I look pretty good for my age. It's more about the fact that it's one less year on this planet. I need to get my butt in gear and start making babies, put my degree to good use, etc.

Well we love a lot longer to live these days too. I'm applying to med school in spring of 2016 and I'm not going to try to get pregnant until after I'm accepted, even if I have to apply more than once. Everyone keeps telling me 40 is the new 20, so we're pretty much set in our early 30s! My friend Michele just graduated from her undergrad and was accepted into law school and she'll be 47 this year. And it's a really good school, she did not settle, it's the one she wanted. And my friends brother is 47 just started his undergrad planning to apply to med school in four years. We do not live in our parents world! You can't know how long you have until you get there, so worrying won't help

I'm still on the Fluidline train -- all 3.

And, well, shucky darn, now that i've seen swatches, i want Hidden Motive , as well as Artistic License, Blooming Mad, Deep Fixation.

I was on the fence about 2 of the lipsticks, but i think i've made up my mind... gonna skip. Moody Bloom, at least in swatches, looks a lot like Oh, Oh, Oh!, which i have -- unless @liba has some secret info that doesn't show in photo swatches. And Venomous Violet is (a) not violet, it's purple, and (b) a lot like plenty of other lipsticks i have in terms of color, and i do not need more plums unless they're really special.

Finally, no blushes for the rest of my life, unless they're so so very different from any i have.

That's 100% true. This is not our parents world and we have to work 30x harder to get where they are and beyond. But we will get there And you all are freaking beautiful. Even if your avatar isn't your picture.

I'm not seeing any violet in Venomous Violet...it looks straight brown, so does Moody Bloom. Might only get 1 or 2 of the lipsticks, all the eyeshadows except the brown one and possibly Black Ivy and Nightshade...though I know that eyeliners that dark ALWAYS end up looking black on me.

Black Ivy is a definite (of course!)

Then all the e/s except Lucky Green which I'll get in pan if I want it. I will almost certainly cut some of them out once I see more comparison swatches though. For a start, Hidden Motive looks to me like it's a cross between Hepcat and Crimson Tryst, both of which I have. Side by side swatches of both, in that order, from Temptalia, below. Will definitely see how they compare to HM once she adds that to her swatch gallery.

i was almost sold on BLACK IVY but after seeing karen (we're about the same tone) im gonna pass!! as goooorgeous as a swatch looks i know it wouldn't translate on the actual eye so darkly blue!! womp womp mac. im good tho...i'll pass!

It's going to take me a minute to get caught up on this thread and read T and K's reviews ... Going to finalize my list once I have read through everything. Glad to be back in Specktra-Land. I self exiled during Osbourne's because I want to purchase in store tmrw and being in the forum would have been to tempting for me to stay up and stalk the online releases
