Uh ohhhh now I want Phosphorescent

I know, right? Me too.

Does anyone think that the strong color of Phosphorescent in the IG pick is from the lipliner Shockwave? I don't have shockwave, and I 'm hoping that most of the color/glow is from the lipstick.

I think that color is Shock Value, straight up it is that color.

Phosphorescent seems lighter, more coral in pics I have seen. Shock Wave is neon, CYY pink.
