That's exactly what I experienced today and having never tried an SS I didn't know if that was normal or not for them.

MB was my first SS too! I probably didnt have any issues with drying because it just didnt stay on me for that long....It disappeared super fast on my lips!!!!

That and smearing/running of the bright colors. That is why the Huggable formula is so amazeballs.

Yes, that is what I found so surprising about the Sheen Supreme formula. At first, it feels like like butter going on the lips, very hydrating. But not too long down the road, it seems to suck all the moisture out of the lips, leaving them feeling very parched.

Oh no! I'll just have to keep slapping that stuff on every 5 minutes then! Haha

I had a few a while back, but I was sadly disappointed. I really didn't like the Huggables either. They were too sloppy looking for my liking; they didn't stay on too well (even with a primer) and the colors didn't suit me. I got rid of all of them. It's something with both formulas that just don't do it for me. I also am not a fan of the YSL stains. A few moments after putting them on my lips and they started to dry, they had a weird feeling like I had Saran Wrap wrapped around my lips. Then there is also Bite Beauty's BB lip balms. I love everything else in their line, but those sucked the life out of my lips too. They went right back for a refund. Now the Bite Honey Lip Lacquers, now we're talking about something really, really special. Yes, they are a bit sticky at first, but they wrap around the lips in such a protective, moisturizing and long-lasting way, that I wear them every single day.:eyelove:

I ADORE the huggables! Feeling Amorous is the bomb! Fingers crossed that they come back!

Personally I am finding this batch of SS better than the last. I don't find them drying, but that's just me I guess! You definitely have to re-apply more often, but I like how they make your lips look plump and jiucy. Sexy lip time.

I do like how they make your lips look! I tried all of them on last night and loved how they all applied and looked when on. Just have to apply all the time and I guess if I keep wearing MB I'll have to make sure I keep my lips balmed.

Maybe, but lustres do the exact same thing to me too. They're beautiful while they last, but do the same lip parching action MB did to me today. :/
