Moody Bloom SS & Worldly Wealth blush. Still kind of getting used to WW's frosty nature, (I wouldn't suggest just ordering it blindly online, it's definitely a try before you buy blush) but it is a very pretty colour when on and buffed out a bit. MB is just an everyday slap on and go kinda MLBB lippy, definitely nothing fancy or overly fun, but I'm glad I have it in my stash. I didn't have time to use Black Ivy this morning, but hope to this weekend at some point.

Some swatches of my first order! Black Ivy, Copperthorn and Phosphorescent. The first pic is indoors, second in outdoors in sun. My face is NC15, but I always think my hands are more NW. Going to add these to the swatch thread too, I always forget about it.

Boo! Sorry to hear that WW isn't working for you. The amount of frost caught me off guard, too. I was like, "Maybe I can use this as a highlighter?" Then I was like, "Maybe not". LOL! I love it blended with BfB, though. It reminds me of a more amplified Nars Orgasm. 

Lol! At least you were able to find a way to love it! GREAT video!

I'm a bad girl and caved. I picked up Bred for Beauty. It just swatched so beautifully! I compared it to the only bright pink blush I own (Peony Petal) and they are nothing alike. I'm glad I picked it up! I think I might need to invest in a stippling blush once my No Buy July is over. This blush is pigmented!!

     I know I promised someone swatch comparisons. Here is Sunset Beach, Bred for Beauty and Peaches & Cream. All different with Sunset Beach being more similar than Peaches & Cream. Also a tiny swatch of Artistic License next to P&C. Forgive my swatch of Copperthorn, I didn't realize my brush still had black liner on it until I applied to my arm so they are all mixed together. And for those interested the two fuchsia lipsticks are Pleasure Bomb and the new YSL Rouge Pur Couture in Fuchsia Fetish.

Well I am back. its been a mad crazy past few weeks.Today I went over to be good friends house who isn't so much into Makeup. But she took a MAC course a few years ago and received this huge MAC kit and I asked today to see it all. BOY! did she give me the craziest look and than I went on and on about her collection that JUST SITS there. She isn't into makeup and didn't get my poor broken heart seeing it all just collect dust. Made me miss everyone here.

Black Ivy and Moody Blooms were waiting for me when I got home. I usually hate doing my makeup at night (daylight is so much better!) but I was excited and couldn't help myself.  I used the blues from my Narsissist Palette and then lined with Black Ivy. This pic is very true to color. I love it! And here's the full face. Not the best lighting but it's something. Used my old Worldly Wealth and wearing Moody Bloom on my lips. It's a great everyday shade, more brown in person. I can't wait to wear it in the fall with Coppering on the eye. Overall, I'm happy with both If anyone is looking for a color that's similar to WW, without all the pore enhancement, try Nars Luster! It's more peach, and less brown, but gives the same effect. And @MandyVanHook is #teamluster, too lol

Hi ladies! I've been lurking forever (for years in fact, yikes!), and figured it was about time to finally make an account. I finally managed to make it down to my store, and they had everything in stock still. I picked up artistic license, deep fixation, and lucky green, but I'm starting to regret not getting some of the other shadows and black ivy! I did a quick look with artistic license and deep fixation when I got home, and they are both fantastic. These are my first MAC shadows, and I will most definitely be back for more.

 I forgot that I was wearing a wife beater tank in the pic :haha: like an episode of cops. Well, half the time they're wearing wife beaters & the other half just no shirt. Naomi - have you tried using a different brush with your WW? I've got some blushes that take on a different texture on the cheeks depending if I'm using a dense brush or a stippling brush. My old WW wasn't glittery or frosty and the new one I tested wasn't either, but maybe this is like that Cheeky Bugger situation where some people got glittery ones?

I didn't try a different brush, no. My main issue was how it went all shades of disco ball on me as time went by, it looked great on when first applied but I think the mixture of frost and oily skin was not the best combo. I ended up going to the counter today and exchanged it for Gingerly after my sister declined it and it failed on me today as a highlighter. My first return. :/
