Nope they totally ignored me. They will send prepaid return label in next 2-3 days and told me to send it back. No one mentioned sending me new one or anything... I never do exchanges or returns so I have no idea how to handle this.

The return label has an option to ask for exchange instead of refund in the back. You just have to mention that on the return slip. They will send you the exchange item via standard shipping once the return is processed. The exchange item need not be the same item too. Or else you can just opt for refund and the amount will be credited back in I think about a week and hopefully you can find one at the store! I am so sorry you have to go thru this tiresome process though!

I do not have original invoice and I told her that and she just said to write on a piece of paper my order number

Yeah they really do! They also obviously need better quality control and better consistency.

On one hand its good but then it will also lead to everyone loosing all reservations during the launch. So the hard to get collections will get even harder and I think the returns will just go up!

Got new Black ivy at macys and it's MUCH better than the first one I had. It's not ideal but better
