OMG its making me want Sexpectations! I just ordered Spectacle of Yourself, I cant be buying anymore! I'm loving Sexpectations now though.....oh grrrr Maybe I can find a dupe

I just saw Temptalia's look using Papparazz-she, SoY and Tweet Me, and it's beautiful! She is much more able to capture the brightness and 'wow' factor of these shadows on camera than I am!

And Jenn, thanks for the lovely pics, too! You're not spamming, I'm sure I'm not alone in enjoying seeing all of the combinations and looks people are doing! :)

I have been doing very well trying to not pay attention to the lip colors so I'm not tempted (I got all of the eyeshadows!), but now that people are starting to do looks with them on blogs it's getting harder to avoid! I'm really wanting to go back and get at least two or three! Especially Exxxhibitionist!

Well, ladies, I did another look... tried to be daring and mix up some colours... and, I got a full face pic!
amazed.gif

I used SoY, Dandizette and Dalliance.

Face:
MAC Prep + Prime
MAC Face & Body Foundation in C1
Benefit Erase Paste in No. 2
Benefit Boi-ing in 01/02
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Light
MAC Dainty Mineralize Blush
MAC By Candlelight MSF

Eyes:
UDPP
MAC SoY over lid
MAC Dandizette in outer corner/crease
MAC Dalliance as a highlight
MAC Siahi Fluidline
MAC Black Swan Pearlglide (for tightlining)
Lancome Definicils mascara

Lips:
MAC Woo Me

Sorry my lighting is so hit and miss!

I really like these colours together! It's not something I'd do everyday, but they do make a gorgeous smokey eye! Although it's hard to see Siahi in these pictures (It's probably easiest to see in the top picture), it really pulled the colours together for me! :) And Woo Me is just the PERFECT nude colour for an intense smokey eye

Dandizette was the colour I was the least sold on because I had no idea how I would use it (I rarely touch blues), but this look proves to me that it was worth the investment! :) Hope it gives some of you ideas!

Annnd I promise to stop spamming this thread with all my Peacocky looks - I'm just having so much playing and wanted to share!

Hey everyone!
I just got done experimenting on OLDER eyes with Peacocky shadows- and OMG the difference- that is where it really shows up. No accenting of the crepe factor on lids, and such a gorgeous glow that it brings older eyes to life- I am talking 80+ here. I keep begging people to let me mess with these on their faces and the results are fabulous!

These eyeshadows are to eyes what MSFs are to faces- magic.

I have been writing really big in depth reviews on every color as I get a chance and I have been putting up photos of comparison swatches and photos of it used on the eyes too.

I just put up another one tonight that I have not listed yet here. I put up a few comparison swatches too.

http://www.viewpoints.com/MAC-Mega-...alisque-from-Peacocky-Collection-review-d41b7

(not my site, I don't get money for anyone reading reviews, anyone can write reviews on anything there for free with up to 12 photos per item, and I am just posting this because you are all as detail oriented as I am and some of you have not been able to see these in person yet)

That thing that is captivating me is the gorgeous glowy factor of these shadows on the skin- and also used wet or with damp brush they last longer than when used dry, although dry is long lasting too.

Gosh, it is so hard to put into words why these are the only shadows MAC has released that have made me this excited EVER.

Using it on very mature lids was so exciting- I can not rave enough about this- so beautiful!!!

Try Centre Stage with a little WoodWinked in the inner lid. OMG. Woodwinked brings something too Centre Stage. Goldmine does too!

I took SoY back... 1 it made my lids itch and 2, on the lids it looked just like DeVil from VV. Not swatched mind you, but on my lids, an exact dupe. I couldn't believe it!

Thanks for trying to help

I already cut my list down a lot, because the colours are not as unique as i want them to be. Still i'm excited for the couple of things i do like!

Another impatient UK person here lol *sigh* on the plus side it gives me more time to put money aside.
I think I'm limiting myself to 4 items but it could go either way on the day. At the moment I want scandelicious and woo me from the lipcolours, I'm looking forward to trying woo me mixed with resort life lipgelee to give it a little sparkle, and odalisque and noir plum from the eyeshadows. The only thing is I have sooo many purple eyeshadows I feel a little bit daft buying yet another one, seriously I'm scared to count I probably have at least 20 so I will be incredibly impressed if it manages to stand out as unique compared to all the others!Don't suppose anyone thinks its dupeable? My bank balance is probably relieved I talked myself out of dandizette as it looks kinda close to deep truth and a few of the blue mineralized shadows mac have brought out previously, and all the pale colours which I decided weren't worth it cause I'd use them as highlights and to be honest as a highlight they're not going to stand out as anything special they'll just look like any other pale shimmery shadow.

Still loving these sooo much :) Today I wore tfsi with fyrinnae pixie epoxy, SoY on most of lid, with Nyx Black on the outer V, and Nyx Oro (antiqued gold e/s) in inner 1/3 of lid. So pleased with the look, and I will try and take pics later if time allows.

Yesterday I wore Dalliance on most of lid, with Stila Diamond Lil in crease and outer part of lid + Unflappable to blend (crease & outer v)....got so many compliments :)

There have been several days/periods where I tried to post something and I couldn't backspace/delete or press enter when replying via mozilla/firefox, even if I opened the full page editor. Very frustrating :(

Last night I used on my lips Blooming lovely+ Date Night and it`s looking a lot like Flaunting it, it looked great
This sounds so interesting - I have a Blooming Lovely that I cannot get rid of, and I'm starting to wonder if I should just give up trying to sell it and figure out a way to make it work for me instead!

I might have to try this!

I LOVE Center Stage all by itself! I wore it with Sur blush & Mehr lippie from MC.
Sounds gorgeous! CS was one of the shades I didn't get, and I didn't pick up sur, either, but I wore SoY by itself today and love that as well! :) I also hauled out the Benetint for my cheeks and lips and then used a dab of Resort Life - sooo pretty! :) And I ended up wearing Mehr out for drinks last night :) So much love for both of these collections from me!!!

I would totally get more if I could!!
