I wore Deeply Dashing on top of Deep Fixation today, with Show-All on the lips and a little Rio on the cheeks. Looked darn good!

Ooh! I have all of these shades. I will try this.

I use my PPs more in the daytime than for evenings out! Because I usually just do a really simple wash of one color across my lids, maybe skipping liner even on the lower lash line. They're so nice and smooth and sheer-ish that they seem really light and simple to me, even with all the sparkle. Something like a veluxe pearl seems fancier to me, because it's so much denser and velvety looking. 'Really glad you're liking them!

Teehee!

I've got Day Gleam and Jet Couture, but they don't get used the way Deeply Dashing does, that's for sure. I think after DD, Damson is going to turn into my second most used. Day Gleam is a little on the light side with too much sparkle to be perfect and Jet Couture hasn't been the right color to be wearing for the spring and summer - I think it'll be getting more love from me very soon, though! Taking all the PP collections as a whole, I'd say my top 5 are:

Deeply Dashing
Damson
Black Grape
Pink Pepper
Smoky

The glitter part is totally rich yellow gold with the base being darker and more tarnished. It's ogle-riffic!

Rock Candy is a little meh - one of the really sheer ones, so the color doesn't come through that well. Not blue-fushcia enough either. I'm sure eventually MAC will do an new improved color that will be better. I like your comparisons of Pink Pepper and Moth - I don't own Expensive Pink, but I do have Smoky Mauve EDES and Moth is a touch cooler, but very close (except with the different texture) - it'd be a good combo!

Going to check them out in person is the best idea if you haven't bought any of them yet! I'm on the fence about getting LI too, because most green shadows don't contrast enough with my green eyes. LI is so close to my eye color that it sort of washes everything out - at least in the light of the MAC store. I'm thinking I can adjust it to be perfect putting it over a grey paint pot and using a navy liner, like Night Trail, rather than black or brown. If you have fair NW skin and brown eyes, though, LI is going to look fantastic!

I'm definitely going to wear it out in the daytime. I love it and can't wait to wear it again, this time OUTSIDE of the house. The look I tried today with Beaming on top of Richly Honed Pro Sculpting Cream was nice for either day or night as well. I want more, I want more. LOL.

I wonder why Midnight is not available online right now & why it's not on display?  I wonder if they are having some type of problem with the formulation.  Does anyone know what is going on with that PP?
Seeing as it's the only colour that's not yet in, I'd say it's more of an inventory issue with that specific colour as opposed to a formula issue. It's a perm colour, so i wouldn't worry. I'm sure it'll arrive by the time the collection officially releases.

I can remember someone asking for swatches of Deeply Dashing. I did a makeup look yesterday using it and I posted it here on Specktra for the contest. I must say I absolutely love this pressed pigment. I wonder why i did not get it long before now...probably because I was too scared of glitters. If you are interested in seeing it please click on the link below.

Right...I want to pair it with Woodwinked now that you've said that but that would be too much shimmer, right?

I sure hope it releases by August 1st because it looks really pretty! And it would look lovely with brown eyes.
Thanks Addict4MAC! I don't know if it would be too much shimmer. Maybe you can just put a little of the Pressed Pigment on top just to give it some 'sparkle'.

You're welcome! I'm thinking because Woowinked is veluxe pearl pairing it with Damson might be overkill. But putting Damson on top of Woodwinked sounds good. I love sparkle

Yes I succumbed to the powers of Spectra and ordered some of these lol. Here are a few quick swatches. Not the best quality (blame my iPhone) but these are difficult to photograph anyway.
