Finally got Pink Pepper!! Swatched it and it shows up on me as it does in panSo excited lol![]()
Resistance is futile!! I'm so glad I finally have Damson. Luckily Debenhams still had stock!Trying so hard to resist Damson and Pink Pepper. I was about to buy one but I was called by MAC for a group course of this year's fall trend so I may end up getting some of the products in the look they show us! If not I may get Damson if it's still available! Lol
I paired with purples once (palace pedigreed, seedy pearl, and top hat) and the second try with golds. I liked gold the best. Use a purple cream product underneath to accentuate the damson's purplish tone. (I used Half wild PP) HTHI've got my Damson! Can I get some suggestions on what to wear it with please!?!![]()
Thanks!:eyelove: Gorgeous combo. You rocked it!
Gorgeous! It's got a lovely green and golden hue on you!A better pic![]()

I'm so glad I was able to get Damson!Damson was HARD to find. I resisted from buying it until now -- I thought I could find a dupe or at least mix something within my collection. I called everywhere -- MAC Pro, MAC freestanding stores, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy's, Dillard's and Belk (even though the site is not available). I happen to snag the last one at a Macy's by my house last night.
I swatched the product with my fingers right after I got home and it's GORGEOUS. Top is with Fix+ and bottom is by itself.

That's my problem too. You just can't buy 99% alcohol here. You'd need at least a prescription for it, and I don't know if I would like to explain a doctor that my makeup needs some. Thanks, guys. I'm particularly glad that you don't have to add alcohol for the pressed pigments (although I'll probably end up doing this with my cracked Archie's Girls pearlmatte) because isopropyl alcohol is so difficult to get hold of here. I've looked and looked, and the only place that I've seen it for sale is on Amazon. I guess a drop of vodka might work in a pinch, but I don't have any in, and I don't want to put gin on it!
If I know that I'm going to have it on for a while, I usually use Pixie Epoxy or Darling Girl Glitter Glue. The LA Splash Splash-proof sealer also works well. Just something really sticky that will grab onto it. I only use Fix+ when I know I'll only be out and about for a few hours.I tried my gorgeous Damson the other day, just by itself on top of Frozen Violet pp and got shimmers under my eyes in the afternoon![]()
