I wanted to love Coral Crepe P/P, but I know I'd never use something that dark. The blushes are pretty, but I have enough coral/peach stuff.

I think I'll probably get instant chic too, but I need to limit myself. Still recovering from GMLOL and SCF.

Can anyone compare Joyous to Instant Chic? I have Joyous and then passed on Hipness when it was out the first time.

I was expecting to skip this collection but now I want a few things.

At least I'm going to take some empties to the mall tomorrow in case I like the lippies.

Probably going to cave on the Coral Crepe p/p though!

The Perfect Cheek looks gorgeous!
When I swatched it, it looked a bit pinky version of Tenderling which I own, so I passed it. It is gorgeous. Hope MAC will repromote it.

Cannot wait to check the blushes and eyeshadows soon!

yeah i remember perfect cheek looked like cubic but lighter? there are a lot of dupes out there especially when mac releases so much stuff in their new collections.

The Perfect Cheek is actually my favorite item from that entire collection. It was love from first swatch!

I'm thinking about the chromagraphic pencil too Camnagem. I'm curious to see what it'd do for me on my waterline. Really from Temptalia's swatches the thing that appeals to me most is Fold and Tuck, which I didn't order.

Joyous and Hipness are quite similar except that Joyous is a BPB and Hipness is a frost. So for all practical purposes the comparisons that people have been making of Hipness vs Instant Chic would be pretty much the same for Joyous vs Instant Chic. Bright vs muted, etc:

This is the first time that I'm skipping the lipsticks and lipglasses in a collection! Usually coral lippies draw me in but I'm going to resist this time. About The Perfect Cheek, I too saw it at my CCO and it looked so tempting to get but I thought about what Elegant-One said about it'll look ashy on darker skintones. Notable was the one that I do regret not getting.

Me too! No lippies

I love coral lips too, but these didn't do it for me.

instant chic reminds me so much of a subtler ripe peach, I am sure this will sell out within days.

All this talk about Instant Chic is making me wanna at least swatch it when I go to the counter. I changed my mind about Originality n/p though. It is quite lovely but I have an Orly polish exactly like it.

Also, still on the fence about the paint pot. Not sure how often I'll wear colours like that on my eyes.
