So my guess is that IC came off looking ashy bc of the oxidation. I passed on the lippies bc the MA that did my makeup, told me a lil trick and she applied coral crepe on my lips blended it well and Partial Pink cremesheen glass on top and OMG its so gorgeous! I already had PP and I was getting CC anyway so she told me I didn't need to buy any of the lippies when I could use what I have. Now thats what I call a great MUA! 
Everyone at the MAC store was surprised with this collection bc they said it kind of snuck up on us bc everyone thought it would be boring. But its a hit and a lot of it is selling like hot cakes. I may go pick up Bamboo and Cut To Fit, which btw is so much prettier than Antiqued IMHO bc its not as dark. CTF is a tad brighter. Here is a look she did for me: Coral Crepe as a base, Cut To Fit on lid, Motif in crease, & Memorabilia in outer V.

Hmm...One of my problems with Antiqued is, although it's gorgeous, it's a bit too dark for my eye. Makes me look like someone beat me up. Perhaps I should play with CTF next time I go to Mac. And I really hope I don't fall asleep with this darn mascara on. I don't feel like removing it just yet. |
CTF is much lighterer and sounds like it may work out for you. CTF is perfect on me, not as intense as antiqued, its more neutral. i love it!

i am not going to front. i think Pret a Papier is my favorite collection this year, so far. it has a really good color story and the colors seem to work very well together on everybody. This was the only collection i brought more than 2 products from. I actually brought 5!

i like this! feeling like i need to get memorabilia to mix with it. but then again, i have purple shower from lash year. i wonder if that will work.

I don't have that palette, but I passed on Hey in favor of Tissueweight because Tissueweight was so pretty and subtle. Looks perfect for a nice wash over the lid or as a highlight (at least on me). I also passed on Hey for the time being because it reminded me a lot of Grand Entrance, just in a frost finish rather than the Starflash finish.

I have Red Devil and might be able to go to MAC today and compare. I just ran out of my lingering brow liner and need to get another one. I've been away since two Thursdays ago so I need to catch up on all the stuff that went on here since

Sunnyside Up is very different from Hey. It is peachier than Tissueweight. The closest dupe I have found is Jest.

The e/s were pretty too. I thought the Gazette Gray was pretty sheer

Just back from MAC and I took the Red Devil with me and swatched it with Fold and Tuck. Honestly I personally dont think you need both. Red Devil is like half a shade darker and the Fold and Tuck has a touch more coral to it. I think they look too close side by side to need both. I couldnt take any pics for you though so you could see. The MUA even said they were pretty darn close. Fold and Tuck is also close to Cha Cha.

You're welcome bis and nunu. I wish I could've taken a pic for you both but the camera phone would've not done a decent job and I had to go to a couple other stores afterwards otherwise I could've left it on my hand till I got home and taken a nice pic of them with my regular camera! LOL
