Interesting, thanks for posting the reviews. I'm not surprised that the primers are quite sheer. Aren't most primers more on the sheer side anyway? I'm still excited about these, though it probably does not matter what color one picks :)

So is the release date for this the right one or will there be surprises with this to?

Wait, let me check my Crystal ball...

Hehe, I hope not as I am planning on getting a primer or two plus the pressed powder.

Good (old) news is that it's perm, so you can always get it later or whenever you run out of your current primer.

I hear you, though waiting - at least for me - is never a good option as I hardly get back to older products. As time goes on, there are too many new LE collections that do not allow me too look back, literally. LOL. I think I will get the BB (to catch up) and one primer + the pressed powder as I am running low.

At least we don't have to rely on swatches for the primers as it is nearly impossible to swatch those. Happy shopping. It should be on Pro this week.

yeah i wish mac would slow down with the le collections. when they gave me a survey to fill in a year or so ago i told them too many were being pushed out - perhaps it fell on deaf ears?

My guess is that there will be even more LE collection in the near future as this is what sells (no matter what the quality of the product is...).

[/quote] The problem they'll run into here is losing hardcore addicts like myself and others on this forum. If the quality drops, I will start looking elsewhere. I have a friend who already moved on and she's the one who started my addiction!

although basic items such as powders should always be made permanent. i cant imagine running out of my favourite compact powder.

Here's a brief explanation of what color to chose:

A tinted skin primer formulated with soft-focus powders to help even out skin tone and add radiance. Lightweight and invisible, it goes on under foundation or powder for a naturally perfect look and subtle glow. Helps protect against pollution and UV rays. Available in four tints: Illuminate adds radiance to a sallow complexion; Neutralize calms a red, blotchy complexion; Adjust brightens dull skin; and Recharge adds a little "boost" to any dull complexion. Fragrance free.
