MAC Prolongwear Paint Pots Collection (February 2013)

It's probably gonna be a super dry formula that will have the tendency to dry out super quick. Just look at the other PLW formulas.

paintpots!!! it's about damn time!!

although i normally wear a base underneath...i love the pop it gives my shadows. I only have 3- groundwork (it is a weird color but it works), constructivist and painterly-which is dry as hell. but I've had it for over 2 years lol...

if these have the same staying power as paints, then we're talking...otherwise i'll probably skip because i have a fair number of paint pots, and i still have to use another base under them anyway...

I love the paints. I have one or two paint pots to use on jobs or for creating certain looks, but my personal base for my eyes is ALWAYS Bare Canvas paint. When the paint pots first came out, I vowed to myself that I would stock up on Bare Canvas if they ever discontinue it, which I'm afraid they might since I always see MAs reach for the pots when they do makeovers. Seriously, if the new PLW p/p are anything like the paints, I'm so on board.

i really hope they come with soft neutral colors. i dont really use the dark purple and blue ones i got in posh paradise.

Prolongwear Paint Pots....sounds interesting. I guess with all the other cosmetic companies, especially drugstore lines like Maybelline and Loreal having success with their cream eyeshadows, it's only right that MAC step up their paint pots. Can't wait to hear more

they really need to bring back paints. edited for clarity. More colorful paints.

Unfortunately, I don't know the dates for the UK. Sometimes, collections are released at the same time, sometimes a month or two later.

I would love pinks, corals, purples, and a nice seafoam green with lots of irridescence. Sort of like Cash Flow but less metallic, more pearly and pastel greenish pink. Okay, a gal can dream?

I try not to drop the F bomb as much as I really think it, but I stand by that decision, It really was the first thing that popped into my head when I heard we were getting new PP. F Yeah it conveys my absolute pleasure and joy in getting new PP. I am WAY more stoked for this than Archie. I luuuuuurves the Paint Pots.
Oh yes, I love Perky and Coral Crepe. Something in that color range would be very apropos for Spring...
This is the only thing that makes me hesistate. I may have to look into the P&P eye product because my lids already are sensitive to drying formulas, e.g. I cannot wear UDPP any more, too drying and my lids can't take it--get red and puffy. So fingers crossed this doesn't happen with the new PLW PP's.
