MAC Retro Matte collection (September 12, 2013)

Still pissed that mac was secretive about certain lipsticks being limited edition. I hate stalking the site and other sites as well ugggh and there is no way I will be able to get my hands on them on launch day.

I'm upset about that too. I'm not sure I will be able to get out to the counters/stores on launch day & now after seeing swatches I've decided I really want Runway Hit. So yep, it's back to stalking the sites for me as well.

All of the lipsticks except for RR and a few of the lip liners. Fashion Boost (x2), Shock Value, & High Energy. Hopefully they aren't broken...will be heading to the UPS facility to pickup my package in a bit.

MAC launched the Retro Mattes in Germany and also Spain a few minutes ago on their homepage and i got All Fired Up-even if i ve already the one my boyfriend is going to get on the 12th of September (i ll get this on in November when he is coming to visit me) :yahoo:

Yeah a whole load of collections are up! I was surprised to see the Antonio Lopez collection and Viva Glam Ru Paul up! I think before the rest of Europe?

They didn t launch the Antonio Lopez Collection in Germany but everything else.Also in Spain. Did you get anything?

Well I'm trying to resist temptation because tomorrow I'm going to theAC store closest to me, so depending on what I like and get I will then order (or not) online. Of all the other collections I only want the three lip fuchsia from the Antonio Lopez collection but I may get some indulge stuff if they don't have it at the stand or if I don't purchase tomorrow and get skipper's remorse, lol!

You shouldn't have to send anything back. During RiRiGate some emailed MAC with pictures and received new lipsticks. Or you can call as well...just hope they won't be assholes about it.

LOLing at "RiRiGate." And I am STILL pissed about the Rodarte fiasco. I have a long memory. Fortunately for MAC, my addiction far exceeds my grudge, but they really should come correct with the info. How many of us wanted to wait and B2M for the lippies we thought were perm.? I think they want to encourage the ebay scalping. Oh well, its a free country and being a capitalist I guess I should support that, but it is RiRidiculous.

Just picked up my package. Checked the lipsticks before leaving the parking lot lol. They are intact. Some slight melting on some of them, but no wax (wouldn't have cared if there was). Will take pics when I get home. Headed to Dillard's real quick to see if the collection is coming out here today (luckily it's on the way to my pre planned errand).

Curious to hear which ones you got. I think we are all gonna be paranoid about checking those lippies for a while! Maybe they finally got that RM formula down or not having the signature on the side isn't jacking them up as much...

I got them all in the online order except for Ruby Woo. Sitting in the Dillard's parking lot now. 8 mins until it opens. I see a few women waiting in their cars (already 85 degrees here so nobody is trying to wait outside of their cars lol). I really have my doubts that it is being released today but you never know.

Sounds good!!!! I hope you don't receive any broken ones either mac has been bad with lipsticks lately ::crossing fingers::. I want to buy fashion boost too because the swatches look pretty.

Now that I think of it I never received an email from MAC that my order shipped. I just checked the site and I got an email from UPS with my info.

Nope. It's not coming out until the 12th. Also asked if they are perm. The manager said that the info they were original given said yes. Then they got an email saying that a few were LE. Then she got an email yesterday saying that only one would be LE. The confusion continues. Oh and she said the lip liners come out today in store (that may be why some stores are saying the collection comes out today). She said that even though online has the liners as if they are part of the Retro Matte collection they aren't.
