The department store counters and standalone stores should have already gotten their shipments right? Or do they not come in until that morning, or the night before? I hope you guys can get your pigments.

This is some bullshit. Even though I've already ordered I'm almost waiting to get an email saying 'sorry our bad, we don't have this item to send you after all.' Which has happened before

Uh, guys...I'm stuck on the Canadian site and it won't let me back on the US one. I went to the site map to try to get back, but it keeps going to the Canadian one. HELP! @_@

EDIT: Managed to get back. That scared me for a bit...

Maybe I should do a live chat and ask MAC.com CS to send me an email when the pigment stacks are available. We all know how great their email notification system is LOL!

Edit: While I am sitting here watching for the pigments, I also looked on ebay. Yes surf the ocean is already there

I placed my order! I bought 4 of the eye shadows (the 2 gold ones, the teal and the grey) as I don't have anything like them. One l/s in Hibiscus and 1 in Bust Out. As tempting as it was to buy one of the bronzers I have a bunch to last me years, so no need for another one. I also had a regular order going with making up 2 blush palettes and needed some wipes, so was pretty tame with this collection. I went nuts with the Quite Cute one, anyhow, which seemed made for me! I really look forward to these, but if they don't have them, I won't freak out. My heart is more excited about the blushes right now!!

Well... guess who just happened to be on the MAC site when Surf Baby launched? Complete stroke of luck, I swear.

And I know I said I was going to wait and go to the store, but when I saw Hibiscus in stock, I put it in my cart and checked out before I even thought about what I was doing. Used a free shipping code, but then decided to get 2-day instead. *sighs* At least I'll have my Hibiscus. I hope.

Like Shontay, I'm unsure how it will look on me (Toxic Tale might have just been a fluke as far as corals go for me), so I'll still go first thing on Thursday and if I like it a lot when I play with it, I'll buy a second one.

@Haven- LOL! You let me know how that works out for you.

I think you all should be able to find them in stores but they will definitely be in limited supply. I was at my local Dillard's counter when they got their shipment. They got 9 of the Surf the Ocean and 6 of the Summer Stash. I am just going to try to sweet talk my MA into giving me samples of the aqua color and the dark blue color of Surf the Ocean...those are the only 2 colors that are unique to me. I don't feel like paying $32 for something that I know I won't use often.

Just ordered Sun Blonde and Hibiscus. Used shipping code "balm" and got 2nd day shipping. Done with this collection. Hope you all get what you have your heart's set on.

I just went ahead and got Surf USA and got Stars and Rockets in pan form for my 15 palette (cant believe I am just now getting this color! I think cause it reminds me of UD's Fishnet, but mines almost gone so figured it was time to get it)

They've gotten their shipments. At least my counter did. Maybe they could hold the pigments for customers who tried to order online if the situation was explained?

I got saffron (last time I didn't get it and I regretted it so badly), swell baby and the white pencil... I want surf the ocean but apparently the hunting for the stack is going to get nasty hahaha... Hopefully they have it in stock and this "sold out" nonsense is just a prank or something like that!!!!

My only dilemma right now is to buy the Amazon .99c offer for the standard version of Lady Gaga's new album or the 16$ deluxe version! hahahahaha

I am so fed up with MAC customer service. I have rang them 5 times in total about the missing Hibiscus lipstick from my order that I ordered now nearly 3 weeks ago! Every time I ring them they say they cannot find my order according to the order number and then eventually find it but with a different customer name... WTF? Then they say they are going to send it out and I don't receive it. Then I ring them back and they have no record of the complaint on the system and they will re flag it and let me know the next day... no phone call. I ring again, nothing on the system. Re flagged and told that I will be getting an email letting me know if it was actually put through the time before and so I can find out if I am getting it or getting a refund if it hadn't. No email. Ring later in the day when I get home, 15 minutes before they close. Nothing on the system AGAIN! Reflagged, told I will get a refund within 10 days. I am waiting for a refund now as of the 19th. The refund needs to be with me by the 2nd. That is nearly 1 MONTH after my original order! I am outraged with them. I paid with Paypal so a refund should be instant. I don't understand why the customer service team have to pass the refund on to another team to do it, they can take our orders but not refund them? Makes no sense to me. I just want my £14 back! I just know that I will have to make another phone call. I could just make a paypal claim I guess.

I ordered hibiscus and the cheek powder for now. if you are ordering on the mobile site through your phone/whatever device, the free shipping code I got was TXT.

I said I was gonna skip...

But I have been visiting MAC stores here in Spain and saw HIBISCUS not even on the displays and with a sticker that said "AGOTADO" (=sold out).... So I started to feel the hype. Then saw on Facebook that temptalia posted that it was online on the website and decided to get hibiscus. For some reason I got saffron too... felt it would be awesome for subtle smokey eyes :p

I'm awful! but oh well, I skipped fashion flower, and only got into collections since Quite cute...
two items is not too creepy for a non-earning beginner addict,rite?

Though I'm not entirealy surprised, I checked the site out of curiousity (again) and My Paradise is sold out! Woo-eeeh.
I hope you ladies enjoyed your hauling!
I'm going in on Thursday to get my makeup done and to get my goodies. :D
