The promo pics really don't draw me to this collection. The girl does indeed look zombified, which I don't feel is at all the right image for the collection.

That said, there are still a couple of products here that grab my attention, and I want to see pictures of the full collection and swatches. I can take or leave the packaging.

I'm pretty excited that Saffron will be back. I wore it the other night and I still love it the same as when I swatched it in the store As for the rest of the collection, this is one that I will definitely have to see swatches and play with in store...nothing really jumps out at me except the blush that we saw originally...beach girls I think it was. But even my hope in that being spectacular is fading...smh.

Lou, I agree with your statement about the lip tints instead of Tendertones. I would love for Tendertones to be repromoted. Guess we all didn't yell loud enough when we begged for Tendertones to make a comeback. Oh well...

Can't wait to see the swatches of this one!
My wishlist for now contains:
- one of the Suntints
- the blush (though if it has glittery chunks, I think I'll cross this one out)
- Hibiscus l/s (my God it's lovely!!!)
- Saffron, Surf USA, Sun Blonde, and maybe Short Shorts e/s
- Good Lovin' l/g

But I'm waiting for the swatches and I do like the packaging! kinda retro

yeah the promo image isn't great it's just freaky. but it's not about the picture right it's all about the product! the grey shadow is starting to look appealing to me. if it is a matte i may have to have it!

The blogger who shall not be named has the colour story up with colour descriptions. Although, it doesn't looks like she's made up the descriptions based on the photos.

They probably look this way because the pigment photos are at very high resolution.

Just saw the color story/pics on the T site and...is it wrong the only thing I want is the yellow eyeshadow? It looks brighter than Chrome Yellow (which looks like a hot mess on me alone) and if there's shimmer I may get it for my Enchanted Tiki Room looks.

The rest is 'eh'. I like cool colors and so far nothing else is grabbing me.

Actually, I like it. But I already liked the pigment towers from lat year's Spring Color Forecast. These two new towers will come home with me!

Temptalia has some color descriptions on her site. Bust Out! is suppose to be a violet shade. You ladies know I'm getting it.
Anything purple or unique in color is mine!!!! The colors sound amazing, but I usually don't buy for the Summer
collections. I can't wear make-up in the Summer due to how sensitive I am to the sun. I would just sweat it all
off. Not pretty. I will let all you fellow make-up lovers buy the stuff, except for the Bust Out lippie. I like to wait
for the Fall collections now...unless something like an unusual color pops up.

Hangin' Loose (unless I see a beige polish I like better somewhere else this weekend. I got crackles to play with here! tee hee!)

I'm determined to find stuff I can skip in upcoming collections, though. Down to my last 3 CCs to pay off and i mean bidness!

I'll get a backup of Saffron and maybe Strange Potion l/g since I didn't get it with VV. I'm still playing with the idea of Beach Girls blush...just can't say absolutely yes just yet. That's it. Unless the swatches and in person testing really move me, my summer haul from MAC will be very very small.

Annnd I think that's it! If I can escape this collection with only 3 items, I will be happy! I like the look this collection is going for from the colour palette, but I have lots of stuff I can use in place of the other products since I rarely touch them (i.e. coral blushes and bronzers!). The model is definitely weird as a promo pic, although I like her jewelry, hair and bathing suit! I agree - make this model happy in a game of volleyball or something with some others, or some evidence of surfing, and that would probably be a better fit. I may get Saffron earlier and count it as MC. lol

I'm ready to see swatches now!

I think that I'm just getting the blush and that l/s in hibiscus if it's a lustre or amplified. I will have to get the b/p cuz of the compact for summer though...so that's 2 possible purchases and 1 confirmed so far.
