Happy Birthday, Teresita! :)


I have no feelings either way for this packaging, which is probably a good thing. If I buy something it will be for the content, not the packaging, and if I buy any eyeshadows I won't feel bad about depotting them.

And thank you ladies for linking Beudy's swatches. I'm definitely in love with Hibiscus. The turquoise eye shadow is nice, but I'd rather have Partylicious repromoted.

Spread the Wealth will definitely be mine. Free as Air is pretty, but I don't wear colors like that very often. Also, I want Hibiscus now!!! Happy Birthday, Teresita!

oh yeah! the shadow is so pigmented! not completely unique but because i love teal colours like that i ill be buying! the lippie is beautiful! i love how it's very sheer and glossy. very wearable for day time! thank you princessebeaudy!!

lol! well i have a budget to stick to but i really like these products. hopefully there will be stuff that i want to skip somewhere in the collection!!

hibiscus and surf usa are coming home with me. probably with the majority of the rest of the collection too haha! i'm not bothered about packaging seeing as nothing of mine ever stays in it's original pot. not even lipsticks anymore *sniff*

what do you do with your lipsticks? do you melt them into a palette?

yup, got a cheap 48 pan eyeshadow palette from bodycare [£2.99 or something], knocked all the shadows out of it, cleaned it up and melted the lipsticks into the pans. i'll twitpic a picture later for you :)

all you need to fill the wee pan is the slanted bit of the lipstick, if you cut it just under that, the pan will be filled to the brim. and all my tubes are in a cake tin in the fridge haha!

I love that lipstick. Hibiscus is one of my favorite flowers too. So looking forward to it. Did she say what finish it was? I didn't translate the page on my first viewing.

Definitely loving the Surf USA eyeshadow! I love how the Hibiscus lipstick looks (esp. the packaging!) but I have to try it on and see how it looks on me. Colors that pull more orange than pink make me look awful.

I agree. I will have to try it on first. I do like where they are going with everything so far.

Is it me, or does the lipstick look kind of shiny on?
