yeah i am getting stressed tat the blush will be too orange for me now! well stressed is perhaps the wrong word!

I've scratched my Strange Potion backup. I really don't need it although I do love it layered over another lippie(namely, Niagara lipstick by Nars). I have enough colors in that family and I doubt I will run out of SP anyway. Pennies saved. Now I am pretty confident in my final list: Surf the Ocean pigments Hibiscus lipstick Gilded White eyeliner So happy that this will be relatively cheap! I just left my job and I am hopefully heading back to school. Only getting what truly excites me from here on out.

Thanks for the swatches! I'm almost wanting a back up of Strange Potion, but i'm not going to get it. The blush looks to similar to other blushes i have so i'll skip that too, money saved!

I love that you love cats and the original 90210. :lol: I really hope I don't cave and get that blush when I go to the counter. hboy: Since it looks more orange than coral, it appeals to me more because I have enough coral blushes, but only one orange. I will try my best to resist, though.

If hibiscus looks good w/o having to modify like hay on black skin then I'll get it and if not, i'll pass on it. The other items are my musts.
Rant: As far as MAC putting out the same ish all the time yeah I agree it's getting rather old, but for me it's getting me annoyed mostly. I always find myself in the MAC store or counter or on their website constantly buying stuff so I figure I'm the problem. If I can just stop buying MAC and get over it maybe they will start pumping out some new stuff to drool over. I have so much other stuff on my beauty wantages list from NARS to Givenchy to Dior to YSL to MUFE, not to mention I don't even own a Clarisonic yet (which is also on my list), but I always seem to end up with MAC stuff that is not on my list and it's not even funny...I blame us for MAC taking advantage of us. Just my opinion on the situation.

[/quote] I get what you're saying. Mac is a little too comfortable. They know we go into frenzy mode nowadays. I know that we all vary in opinions when it comes to certain products. I give the side eye to products that other people love. However, there's still no denying that a lot of low quality stuff from Mac is selling. It's selling fast enough that they feel no need to really raise the bar. I don't want to offend anyone who loved the QC collection, but I think it was piss poor overall. Still, I can't go to a single counter that has anything more than two lip pencils and maybe the quad or a polish. I'm like really? It won't change, though. We are afraid of missing something great and so we buy it. What they need to do is get an open forum for feedback on these collections and then they'll know what we really think. Girl, you better jump on that Clarisonic! It's awesome.
