So happy My Paradise is still classified as a coral and not orange. Earlier swatches made it seem orange but those ones recently posted are hot coral and i'm loving it!!!!

I talked to the MAC MA I usually go to, she said they might be taking out the cream sticks from this collection, but they are unsure. This might be just for the counter I go to.

Well all these swatches have caused my list to swell a little, though I still can't bring myself to add My Paradise. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful. I just don't know...

Surf Baby
Short Shorts
Sun Blonde (maybe)

Hibiscus
Strange Potion (possibly x2)

Springsheen looks like a beautiful blush. Gonna have to add it to my w/l.

Hahaha at first I was all for My Paradise and then I changed my mind since about the last week or two it has creeped (& its staying) back on my list. I decided to just give in to the temptation.

I passed on Ripe Peach with the SCF collection and I am still kicking myself in the butt for that one and I decided im not gonna let that happen with My Paradise.

I know saying that hasnt made the decision any easier for ya

Thanks so much for the swatches and I looooove the look you did on your blog. I can easily see the difference now between Surf USA and other turquoise colours I have... That one has definitely crept onto my list. I'm still hovering on My Paradise. It looks like a pinker orange than Devil, so maybe I want it. I'm heading to the Pro store as soon as it launches so that I can swatch it and Devil side by side. That should kill or confirm my qualms.
You're welcome. I just wish she had hibiscus. :crybaby: It makes me laugh how the gold pigment is chunkier in the pot than the rest of the pigments from StO.
 I thought Mocha was Hibiscus, too at first. I think the best way to go with the pigments is to take the color from the little clear lid that it comes with(at least I think it comes with one like the regular pigments). I imagine dipping directly in the pot would be a mess!

I love Karen's swatches but hopefully the swatches don't make me add anything else to my list...I'm skint as it is...

I need to see Temptalia's swatches of the Surf the Ocean pigment stack. As it stands now, I'm skipping. Can't believe it, but it doesn't interest me anymore. Also, the texture looks kinda rough to me. I think I'd rather work with pressed shadows. Bummer. I still want the Gilded White liner, though and Hibiscus and Sun Blonde.

I really love Karen but this time I don't really like the color of her picture' swatches...mocha is not a pink...it's a brown...every color turns too much pink! And it is a camera problem (I've a degree in photography).. I mean, probably the white balance is not perfect! Please forgive me if I say this!
Nothing wrong with bringing that up. I've been saying this for the longest. I love her blog, she's funny and she reviews a wide range of things, but her picture quality is lacking. Most colors just are not true. I'm always more interested in the product photos and her review than her swatches. Say what you will about Temptalia, but I have never been misled by a picture on that site.
