Oh that's good to know . . . that way that gives other people a chance to get it who wants it !! I know MAC is really getting out of hand with the limited quantities of products. They should just make mass quantities for these items
They have separate stock for pros and regulars, no worries. Although I have to say that it's incredibly strange they'd be sold out that quickly. It seems like they're ordering fewer and fewer of some products. Look at how quickly the lipsticks from Quite Cute sold out and that collection wasn't even especially well received.

I just got back from the Surf Baby launch party at the Grove. I went there fresh face... but now I have on so much bronzer and glittery/dewy stuff on my cheeks and eyes that I can't even take a picture (hahah). Every time I walked down the aisle someone what slappping a bronzer or cheek powder on me

.

I left with Surf USA eyeshadow and and the Blue Noon eye pencil. Just about EVERY makeup artist had that combo on their lower lid. I couldn't resists! They also put on the My Paradise cheek powder, Tan-Tint bronzer stick (as a base on my cheeck bones), Mocha lipstick and Strange Potion lipglass on me. I passed. I pretty much had dupes in my collection already.

The 23rd...definitely marking that on my calendar. The question is...right at midnight? Or later in the day? I'm so glad I don't work Sunday or Monday.

Did you try it with Cherry lip liner or another reddish liner? It's amazing. I can't wear it on it's own either. Also, you might want to look into a Nars gloss called Wonder. That+Toxic Tale is incredible. I can't wear TT on it's own either. It's too jarring. So, I just use the liner around the lips and blend.
Surprisingly (as weird as this seems), Toxic Tale is, like, the only lipstick I can just throw on and leave the house with. I have no idea why since it's so frightening in the tube, but I recently rediscovered it and it's amazing! But I agree- if you have trouble with it, Wonder is amazing to make it more wearable. I sometimes use some of my Pomegranate lip butter from Korres and that is an awesome combo as well.

I was there for a hot second. Left with My Paradise cheek powder (it's less orange and more peach on me), Sun Blonde eyeshdaow, and Hibiscus Lipstick. I like the idea of the pigments, but truly I have dupes for ALL of them. and I hate that stackable packaging. I can see that sucker breaking or coming loose. Not good.

They're having another party at Hollywood & Highland on June 3,4, and 5th. I may get the pigments then. I'm not pressed at the moment.

I HATE LIPGLASS. Why do they still sell that sticky goop?

Thank you for the facechart Erin!! It's gorgeous!!

I am not surprised, OR upset, that it will launch next week. That was the date we were given so long ago! It just seemed with the way things were going lately, that it might have a chance of being pushed up. Still deciding if there are still any must haves for me :) But I think I might want to save for what else is coming up this year.
Sorry to say, but that gloss is a bad batch :(. My gratis smelled and tasted off, as well as the testerwe made at the counter. Sooo sad for such a pretty colour.

They only sent us 3 of each pigment stack, but did send a memo saying that only 7% of that stock was shipped. Im guessing that applies to online inventories too :dunno: I definately recommend hibiscus lipstick, my paradise cheek, sun blonde and saffron shadows, and blue noon and gilded white liners. I really like summer stash pigments for the purple and bronze colours. Too bad they're repromoting naked with this collection. Melon I get, but they should've done pink bronze, if only so that I could wear it to work!

Seriously, I hate oversprays but this one is much better than the usual oversprays because it's so thick, and also due to it's positioning you can pick up most of the blush without touching the overspray and then just pick up a little bit of the overspray to finish it off. I think it will last quite a long time. I skipped marine life from to the beach because of the overspray (so thin and over the entire blush) but I bought my paradise and I'm in love with it

I'm pale (NW15) but my paradise works for me and it really is a very pretty colour. It is intense but applied with the mac 168 brush and 'dotted on' before blending - it works beautifully

 I must've missed those, Lou. Thank goodness. I know my 3n smells like melted, rotten crayons. I still love it, though. I'm glad I'm not compelled to buy any of these glosses.
