yep! I agree with that. Wow, yours had that much violet & still nothing? Actually, after I wore Summer Rose - I thought it had waaay more of a violet tone to it on me.

My TV has alot of violet spots, and still on my cheeks, it looks pink. On my hand, it's more violet, but on my cheeks, no violet. It's so strange. It's a pretty color, but not as unique as I'd hoped. I'm disappointed

But, the staying power is quite good, so it's not a total loss.

I know - but it is a very pretty pink. I liked it as a shadow, but then I probably shouldn't have done that because I wear contacts & those sneaky little glittery thingies. It only irritated them slightly nothing horrible.

K, seriously sweet of you guys. You have no idea how much that was appreciated. Yep that's me in the picture. I'm 32 days away from the big 4-0. I know its just a number, but I'll be the first to admit I'm having issues with it LOL

Are there any lighter, cool toned girls here that got one of the browner blush colors? I'm NC 20. I'm curious if I could pull off Bi-tone or Sun Moon when I have a bit of a tan?

I'm going to try it as a shadow too. I know what you mean about contacts and fall out though...not fun. It sure looks like they used 2V in the promo pics for the girls eyeshadow. That's what drew me to that particular compact.

The color is really beautiful & prominent on the eyes. I didn't even think about that being used in the promo - I'll have to go look again.

It didn't hurt my eyes, but by late evening they were just slightly itchy. Let me know if you try it. I LOVED the Ombre Blushes on my eyes a lot! ( I know they haven't been tested for safety yet

I did swatch it, and liked it, but I am passing in favor of Shell Pearl from GMLOL. Shell Pearl seems a bit less shimmery, but will still give the glow I am hoping for. I forget which blush was used, but it wasn't TV. I read somewhere what it was... I will have to look and see if I can find it. I know for certain that the lips were In Synch liner with Fashion Scoop over it.

According to the MAC update book they used:

Face: NC30 Studio Fix Powder
Cheeks: Darker shades of Rhapsody and In Two Mineralize Blushes with the darker pink shade of Bi-Tone
Highlights: Lighter shade of the Rhapsody and In Two Mineralize Blush
Eyes: Swish Eye Shadow on the outer corner, Sweet Lust in the center and Pink Freeze in the inner corner and bottom lash line
Brows: Lingering Eye Brows and Clear Brow Finisher
Lash: 30 lash
Lips: Lip conditioner (tube), In Synch Lip Pencil with Fashion Scoop Cremesheen Glass.

I'm pretty much like you in the shimmery/glittery dept.

I called some of the Mac places here today to see if they had the collection, but was told that only select stores like bloomies got to release it early.
I just want to be able to see it in person to find out for sure what I'll like.

I'm wearing RIT right now on top of Well Dressed and to be honest, I'm not crazy about it

Moon River is wayyyyyyyyy better than this! RIT is SO SHIMMERY n FROSTY on me!!!!!! I hope the other MBs that I bought aren't like this

TV swatches more violet on my hand, too! I HOPE it will look like that on my cheeks, but after you saying it didn't show up like that on you I'm getting worried

. If it doesn't show up more violet on my cheeks, then I feel it will look the same as Love Rock which I have and therefore won't really need TV!

for $2 more? You have a point! I will be returning RIT because of the shimmery/frosty overload it gave to my cheeks.

I've seen you mention about your acne scarring a few times before- have you tried Murad's Acne Spot Lightening Gel???? That stuff is amazing!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if you already knew this, but they have this collection already in both Turku and Helsinki counters. It was released in Turku first though.. It's weird how Turku seems to get collections in before Helsinki does

I haven't been to see this collection, but I know of folk that have picked up blushes, liners and the glosses, so both counters do have all of it. I have no idea whether the glosses are going to be perm here or not.

We're not getting Art Supplies though, if I remember correctly. What a bummer.

No, I have not heard of that. I will definately check it out. Luckily, no more acne for me, but the teenage years where not nice to me

I am very self consious about them, though they are not as bad as they could be... I don't have alot of discoloration, but more actual pit scars. Will the murad stuff help at all with those?

WHAAAAAAT?? Why on earth haven't they send me email then? They always email before a collection comes out and they didn't mention anything when I asked. Bummer bummer! Thanks for letting me know, I will stop by there when SCF is out next week.

I hope the things I want are still available.
