And poor communication.

It would be interesting to see it from a MAC corporate point of view, but as a consumer, the lack of communication is very frustrating.

I have never known a company more disorganized with product info and dates,what a turn off!

I actually wouldn't mind if it was canceled. That way I could focus on MAC Me Over and Cindy Sherman, along with a little bit of Posh Paradise. Though I do have to say that MAC not sending out correct info to all their locations (counters and stores alike) is really unprofessional and sends their customers into a wild goose chase.

I can't imagine it would be totally canceled. They already have spent money on promo pics. I'm sure it's just a glitch and it will be released soon. Hopefully sooner rather than later, especially as it is LE.

i don't feel it will be cancelled either to be honest. it is extremely rare when that happens.

they fucked up. With other companies I think we r just not hunting them down as much as with MAC.

I emailed german MAC CS and they said that Glam Glass and Colourizations will be online today. But not the refills from Colourizations.
I doubt that Glam Glass will be online already, I think they might have confused it with Cine-matics.

I can't comment on the first two issue, but on the third one: Naynadine and I ordered from the German website (and I over the phone), that's why we got Performance Art - and I got a few more to build a quad.

Maybe you or your mum can order in Spain if you are interested in the refills?

... but about the liners. I think they are the most interesting part of the collection, especially as the choice of liners in the perm collection is rather small. I still have my hopes up!

yes it was the liners that i was looking forward to. mac really need to expand on the perm liners - the colours are so blah!

I was hoping that some of them would become perm. Maybe MAC realized they are not save to use in the lip area or another disaster scenario? LOL.

Hmm. This is getting silly. I would like to get one or two of these, but not because I need more lipgloss! I'm excited about the idea of a new kind of brush. And my MUA said they're a super nice formula. Sad that MAC isn't even giving anyone any information. I'm not mad it's delayed, I'm just annoyed at the lack of communication!
