My wallet will not be pleased when this one is released. I wanted every single lipglass!
who knows! i mean nobody has mentioned it but mac themselves said it was pushed back to december so i guess we shall just have to wait and see

i know if i ask at the counters in edinburgh or glasgow they'll just look at me like i've grown another head and danced the charleston in front of them. a little concrete info would be nice!
right i have just got word from somebody that the collection will still happen on 26th dec however the glam glosses themselves will not be released. there will be normal glosses coming out in their place but of the same kind of colours. the liners will be released as normal though thanks to my source who wants to remain nameless!

I'm guessing they will be changing the name of the collection if the glam glosses themselves aren't going to be in it?
It's saved me money too, as I was going to buy a couple just to find out what the new formula was like. I have lots of lipglasses, so really don't need any more - long hair and windy weather aren't exactly right for lipgloss so I tend to wear lipstick more. I might just get one or two of the liners, though.

I was looking forward to some of them, but at least I'll get the purple(ish) liner & save some money. I did it all of last year when I really started to follow MAC launches and collections. I didn't have a job then, so there was no way I could justify buying makeup. (It kiiiiiilled me because so many gorgeous goodies were released last year.) I have a job now, but it's pretty crummy, and I need to be saving all I can because the money I had stowed away for college ran out with this semester. Plus my family's in a bit of a bind right now, so I'm paying for all my car's tune-ups and gas and such. I MIGHT get the Snow Globe beauty powder, but that would be it.
Fine by me, I was only wanting the liners!

Yep, I got similar info from my MA back from training - that the Glam Glasses were canceled but the lip liners would still come out in other collections (he put it in plural - take that as you will). 'Seems more like a smart move than a fuck up, considering MAC's just introduce the Pro Longwear glosses (at a more profitable higher price point). Why compete with your own product line, especially if you're also bringing back the Kissable Lip Colours and the Tendertones too, just over the horizon (also with higher price points, I'm sure).

They should think about these things before releasing any promo pics info etc etc. I think MAC should have less collections and better thought out. I am a MAC whore but I want my moneys worth lol
