! At least you're getting the money back, but like you said, it's gonna end up being tossed away now.

I am so happy for everyone here. Like i said before i got so much out of this collection rather then the HK. the foundation is so nice. How is the concealers working for everyone. I believe they go on nice but Im not seeing that its drying down like its supposed to. I still crease a bit but I was hoping i found a concealer that i didnt have to blot of set powder down.

I don't even need to wear a primer, the foundation feels great on and lasts on me all day long. I was also told that I was wearing a too dark foundation before (I used to wear Studio Fix in NW30).

Anyway, just wanted to share my excitment

I know, maybe this foundation runs darker. I'm wearing it again today and just keep looking at my face in the mirror and loving it

I got a sample of the foundation in NC15 and used it for 2 weeks. I didn't break out but I prefer my Studio Fix Fluid.

Studio Sculpt feel more moisturizing, it's great right now but in summer my face will be a greasy mess. Coverage is great.

NC15 in Studio Sculpt is lighter than NC15 in Studio Fix Fluid, it's a bit too white for me. So I'd say SS run lighter for the NC15 shade but it seems like it can run darker for others shades, it depends I guess.

The concealer didn't cover my dark undereyes circles, it's too cakey. It dries too fast and I can't apply a second layer.

I picked up the concealer in NW15 today to use for my undereye darkness. I will still be using the one I have in NC15, though, for my little red marks/blemishes.

It also really "stuck" to the dry patches on my face, bleh!

I'm back to my EL DW light, it's definitely more money but it works.

To preven any breakouts I make sure I cleanse my face everynight and exfloite twice a week and thank you lord I have not had any break outs, and this is will help a lot. To prevent any dry patches I use moisurizer spf 15, I myself use the prescriptive tint moisuruzer and I love it. You need that extra moisurizer even when the foundation has some. Try this and you will see a difference.

If I use a primer underneath, will it reduce the probability of having a breakout from foundation? I'm due for a new one soon, trying to decide between MAC and MUFE.

Hey everyone this is my first time writing here on Specktra. I really need help from you guys, you seem like such pros
thmbup.gif
I bought this online first in

an NC35 and had to send it back too dark. I was told by the live chat person

that if I was an NC35 in Studio Fix powder that I would be the same in the

Studio Sculpt. Now I have NC30 and something still seems off. I don't know

if it's that it's too dark or if it's just too orange looking. I'm usually Studio fix

powder in NC35 and Studio Tech in NC32. This is so frustrating because it's

hard for me to get to a store. Anyone else have same coloring and similar

problems? Thanks so much for any help.

Hmm....good question......I always use a primer underneath my foundation (MUFE HD Primer, for reference).....so far, I haven't encountered any problems with SSF. I don't know if it has anything to do with the usage of the primer, though.

Welcome to Specktra

I am sure you will soon be as addicted as the rest of us haha! I have learned a TON here. I know you will like it!

As for your question.. I am the same color in Studio Sculpt as Studio Fix (NW25 right now). I have learned the hard way though not to buy ANY foundation without going in and trying it on. That sucks that you are not near any MAC stores or counters
thmbdn.gif
Maybe you could try mixing two shades together because I know a lot of people that do that.

I had a similar experience. I wear NW30 in Studio Fix though it was just a lil off for me and that's why I started wearing non MAC stuff. Then with Studio Sculpt I got matched for NW25 and it's dead on. Def try the foundation before buying it
