We work near the same area. Where is there a CCO in NYC?

Awe hell missed the restock. Ah well no harm done. Evanescence has only 3 concert dates and dont know if they will ever tour again. Have to travel to another state so that's where my money is going.

So here's Tats on me.  Please pardon the bad photo, I'm not a 'selfie' person and don't take them often.  I had to adjust the warmth out a bit because in the original photo Tats looked orangish on me so I cooled it down to show the pink color. In Tarte foundation I'm wearing Fair-Light Honey.  Tats is much brighter on me than it appears in this photo, I love it! @lipstickaddict MAC Canada still hasn't shipped my order

It's still "processing" (website says it takes 1-3 days). Then calling customer service brings you to a voice mailbox in Markham (wtf?!), you click "live chat" and it's the US so I had to send an email to inquire about it. How long does it usually take for orders to ship out there? Here, it would have shipped already but I know it was a restock and a limited edition collection so I don't know... Eugenie is causing me stress

If you don't mind a bus/train ride, some of the outlet malls in NY have CCOs and the Lancome factory outlets (Designer Fragrances and Cosmetics Co.) which carry Lancome, Giorgio Armani, YSL etc. I've been to both the Tanger Deer Park one and the Woodbury Common Premium Outlet in Central Valley. I'd say the Deer Park one has better stock for the CCO.

No doubt! It can take a few days to ship since its standard, so try not to stress ha-ha! Easier said than done! I'm in the same boat as I ordered Tats around the same time. My order is still processing too. Mac Canada has never cancelled any of my orders though, and I have all faith that we will get our lipsticks!

I live in Colorado and looked up Cosmetics Company Outlet and it looks like there is one about 35 minutes from where I live. I've never been to one but since you all are discussing it now I'm curious! Is it worth it to make the trek to go check it out? Mostly I just want MAC products!

YES! 35 min isnt too bad. If you've never been before it's worth a visit to see what they have.

You can always call to get a general idea of what they have so you have a plan before driving down. I'd say go for it!
