I'm still so unsure about these. Did they launch early at Macy's only?

According to the girls at the counter I hit yesterday, they had launched it in error. I had called the night before and yesterday before heading out and was told they were going to be for sale,but when I got there there was no display out and was told they had gotten a call that it should of been set out on the 9th. They let me swatch and buy though since I had been misinformed and drove like an hour to get there.

I tried BB on my lips out of curiosity and it was absolutely atrocious (as I had suspected it'd be) on my NC44 skin. Even the girl there said she thought it'd be hard for a lot of people to wear without altering but that she was determined to find someone it'd work on. LolI've decided to skip these :shock: BB was love at the beginning but it sort of scares me now tbh. I hope I don't falter on release day just because of packaging and hype.
Yeah, I totally feel like it will only work on a small group of people. I am kind of over taking risks on things that *maybe* might work on me. I'm fair but I can't get the visual image of chalky white lilac lips out of my head. Really? I should've called the bay, I'll be near one tomorrow and I'll check, I haven't seen it on the bay's website though.

I saw some IG posts that people had found them at Nordies, Dillard's, Mac stores and Macy's.
My local Macy's still has this collection out, even though it doesn't launch till the 9th officially.

It wasn't at my Bay location tonight. I didn't even bother asking when they'd get it... was focused on getting out of the mall but walked by. I saw VaT collection though... snooze.

That MUA/SA is in a mission. I think it can work on some people. I know I'll have to manipulate BB with something else to work. The majority that will buy it will have to use some sort of liner for BB to look wearable

Yeah she is, I told her good luck. Lol It's definitely one of those shades that's going to need to be tweaked quite a bit to be wearable and I just don't have time for that so that lippy can go kick some rocks.

Good idea! I'm going to get it even though I was hoping it was a pink-white. Swatches seem to indicate it's a lilac-white. Now I really wish I'd picked up Beauty lipstick from Glamour Daze lol

My Bay told me next Thursday. They seemed to have a lot in the drawer. I don't think any of these would work on me and I am not enamoured by the packaging. In fact, I liked it less when I saw it in person.
Forgot -- Patentpolishes next Thursday too.

I'm not nuts about the packaging either,it seems to have that same thin, cheap feeling plastic that the Kelly Osbourne lippies had. I do think the boxes are beautiful though.
