I'll most likely be using it with a liner for an ombre effect.  It will be tough for me to pull off on its own. I think there are some NW10's out there who might be able to rock it straight from the bullet.

Yea I'm super pale and I bet it will look pretty with other products, but I hate buying products that I will need other products to make work when there's 1,000 options I could just throw on. I'm lazy
