If they're going for designer collab pricing, 27.50 CAD or 22.00 USD sounds about right. If that's the case, I think I might just skip. The packaging is cute, and I'd buy them if they're $17.50, but I don't think they're worth $22. The shades are dupable, and the packaging isn't as nice as previous designer collabs like Proenza Schouler.

Just came back from my freestanding Mac store. I'm friends with one of the managers, and she looked up the price of the lipsticks for me. They're $21 Canadian.

Yeah they always are. I only get MAC primarily for le packaging tbh.  Wait, $27.50?! Yeah, no. That means how much in the US, $24.50?

I'm not paying anything over regular special packaging price for a dupeable MAC lipstick.

If these lipsticks are anything over normal LE prices, I won't even bother. These shades aren't unique enough to justify spending that much. The packaging is gorgeous but that still won't justify those prices for me.

Fingers crossed! I'm guessing they will be around $21.00 Canadian, and I really hope so because I love this collection!

I'd guess they will be around $21 too if the US price is $17.50... that's about the usual conversion rate for a special collection in Canada vs. the USA.

A lot of collections do but I would hesitate to say all of them do even if they were sell outs. There seems to be bits and pieces that trickle out to them.

It's mostly the pieces that didn't sell as well in the US and sometimes abroad that end up in the CCOs. There's also overstocked permanent items as well.

I was totally holding my breath at $24.50 per lipstick! I am so glad they are only $17.50 each because I plan to buy a few of each!!!
