That's exactly what I thought. These boxes are a total surprise. I'm actually kind of disappointed. There is nothing wrong with them, just not what I was expecting. I wanted boxes that matched the bullets.

Same here! But I like the idea of a solid color bullet inside a floral box.

I tend to throw the boxes away unless I get a backup. I did, however, save the boxes from the Toledo collection. Don't ask me why.

I had to forward my haul as I was teetering too close to the point where I would have to pay a duty, so I might be ordering them from home - if that's the case, they'll likely be $40, so maybe just 2 Tatts for me, via online order and if that fails I'll try a store (for RHPS I caught a bus within the cbd to the MAC store and back lol during my work lunch break). I'm 100% sure about Tatts:frenz: The new website terrifies me (thankfully we have not gotten it here yet), and I feel this launch will be as cray as Julia P:shock: I'm sure you will prevail utilising your strategies! The fight will be worth it

Nothing wrong with keeping the boxes, especially for the fancy designer collections. :-D. I'm apparently part of the minority that keeps 95% of my makeup and skincare products in their original boxes.

After missing JP (and every subsequent restock of Açai -_-), I refuse to let GV slip through my fingers

They did follow it for Le Disko. As you can tell from the very few posts on the Le Disko thread, it was a very quiet release in terms of volume. Some reported problems checking out. I had no problems checking out from Le Disko on my iPhone.

However, I attempted a later order with Safari and Chrome browsers and the site is giving me problems.

I've been emailing with MAC about my own issues with the site (not loading the 'add to cart' button/ preventing sign-ins). The advice that I got back (eventually) is to clear your cookies. I tried that, obv. Since I was going to the mall anyway, I gave up and got my items in store instead.

I'm glad that there is still a lot of time before the release. Don't shoot me for saying that, I know we all want our gorgeous GV. But I think they are still working through the issues, and the more feedback that they get from the customers the better the online experience it will be. So, if you are having problems checking out or other tech issues, please do let them know.

That sucks! It never ceases to amaze me how expensive Mac is in Australia, mind you it's the same in Europe I guess. Tats is a definite winner though! Looks like we will both be scrambling to get our hands on these lippies haha! I would totally buy them for you and send them, but the shipping is ridiculous as you well know. This launch is going to be absolutely mahem I am guessing. I've gotten used to just waking up at a certain time, checking the site map and ordering.

We'll see what happens I guess! I have a sneaking suspicion that this will be a surprise launch to catch us all off gaurd.

Valli's clothing is very foofy and floral, so the boxes make sense.

This is what I keep telling myself. I could probably find several shades similar to Eugenie in my collection because they are my kryptonite.
