I don't know how department store stock works im Canada, buy I know in the US sometimes even if one location has a lot,, other stores order things online for their customers and/or online orders can overwhelm a single locations supply. I've just had it happen to me before and thought I'd give you a jist-in-case heads up.

The MUA at the MAC counter in Dillard's said they received three of each product. Three. WTF?

Stopped by one of my local counters yesterday and they let me swatch everything. I like all of them except Bianca b. I would have to get that color though to complete the set. My favorite sa said they only got three of each color, so if I want anything I have to be there at opening tomorrow. They are under strict orders - no presales. I don't have to work tomorrow, so I may be there at ten tomorrow. I hate the games that Mac plays.

I'm not getting anything from this collection but good luck ladies! I hope everyone gets what they want. I'm so done with MAC! I've been spending my money elsewhere. The only reason I ordered from them last month is because of the online coupon. They should send out more coupons . . . they owe everyone that much for all of the hassles and headaches they cause.

I was able to get everything I wanted by the grace of God. I don't know how I'm evening running on no sleep really and didn't miss anything. I've been barely sleeping since the 2nd because of all of the confusion. I even managed to get the UD Smoky palette. I'm beat though. I hope everyone gets what they want! Good luck ladies!

Yep, I haven't bought hardly any Mac for 2 months. I've spent my money elsewhere too.

This was the majority of my complaint to Mac Corporate this morning. I told them they could look at my account & see that I stopped ordering from them LOL!!!! I doth protest
