I agree. MAC has no concept of being sympathetic with the lengths their customers are willing to go thru to get their product. OR maybe they do some type of quick "study" to determine the popularity of a collection/specific colors and realize they underproduced their inventory and want to make sure they have enough to go around before launching. *shrug*
Exactly, and that's why I'm about to be done with them. They are jetting their customers around. There is no way that they didn't already know about this yesterday and could have saved people a lot of stress. Then they claim that it has been "slightly delayed" but it's a whole week away!
