I doubt they'll even launch it on 3.19. Judging from past experience, they'll launch it sometime this week. If I remember correctly, they gave a specific date for BBW, but decided to launch it a day earlier.I agree. MAC has no concept of being sympathetic with the lengths their customers are willing to go thru to get their product. OR maybe they do some type of quick "study" to determine the popularity of a collection/specific colors and realize they underproduced their inventory and want to make sure they have enough to go around before launching. *shrug*
All I know is this last minute delay thing has been happening more and more frequently.
Whether this is a strategy or not, it's an all around mess for a company this widely recognized. They can't continually handle business like this. I can't even keep track of how many collections have been delayed lately. Also, they're on social media, I'm sure they are aware of people staying awake all evening, in hopes of catching the launch. They just can't be oblivious to that fact. They know and they decided to keep quiet about it with no regard to people that have lost countless hours of sleep.

You are so right! They don't care because they know for every one customer they lose there is another waiting to take their place. But, that won't always be the case. You can't stay at the top forever and at some point if they don't get right and get in line, they will fall. Then, there will be another brand waiting to take their place.What ajoke! Let's be real, MAC... all THREE of those lipstick colors are dupeable, as is the blush, gloss, and i'm sure the rest of this collection. I'm tired of being jerked around on a string because I want LE items from MAC. Lets just say, if I "happen" upon this launch, I will purchase my list if it's still there. If I don't, whatever. That's cool MAC. I'm not getting MiB, PT, or Mia-- not because I'm mad but truly because I have no interest. I wish they could know how many people they upset. They honestly don't care because they'll still sell out regardless. They don't care if "Mary" skips the collection because "Sue" is right next in line. As a full time Graduate student, I have a *life* and I can't be freaking glued to my laptop for makeup. I can't even imagine how rough it is for very, very, long time dedicate MAC fans. This shows them NO respect! What about people with full time jobs, families, and maybe even a 2nd job? Obviously they don't care and that is frustrating to me. Now I remember exactly why I never ever used to shop here. Looks like I'll be going back that way. Pfft. Too much stress in my life, I want to enjoy my makeup-- not get gray hairs over it.

I called MAC Pro 800 again and they are currently saying that it is releasing both in stores and online on the same day, 3/19. Of course, we all have to take that with a grain of salt. I think my interest in this collection has sort of waned away. I'm off to explore other things. I hope everyone gets everything they want that love it!!!
