Omg wow. First, I was told my my Mac chat rep that it was scheduled to launch today. Then, when I asked about a timeframe she said there may be new information and asked for a moment. When I asked if the new info was that it was delayed till the 19th she said they didn't have any knowledge of any time frame for the collection. At which point, I politely referred her to the official Mac Twitter which stated that it was delayed. She flew off of that chat after that lol. I've never seen a rep wrap up a chat that quickly.

This is just a hot mess! A major company such as Mac should not run their business like this. Strategy or no strategy it's sloppy and customer opinion is declining whether they want to admit it or not! people aren't going to put up with this foreve.

UGH. I'm really over these games. Watch them release this earlier than 3.19. After all, they've done it before.

It is ridiculous, but this is MAC! The love the games, me thinks they are huge fan of the Hunger games lol

I got that, too and wondered why they sent that instead of an email about Julia Petit. Didn't the bloggers who wrote about this say it was releasing today? I got my Easter candy ordered while I wait, anyhow. See's candy is THE best!

A hot mess is right and very unprofessional. That's what happens when you roll out too many collections too fast.

Exactly, and that's why I'm about to be done with them. They are jetting their customers around. There is no way that they didn't already know about this yesterday and could have saved people a lot of stress. Then they claim that it has been "slightly delayed" but it's a whole week away!

LOL, I know. What do they consider a real delay then, six months?

I remember MAC said Bao Bao isn't going to release that day so everyone went to work or slept and I just randomly checked the site and SURPRISE LJ was there. I hope this isn't a repeat! But if it is, whatever, I have Faux, Brave, Oxblood, Cherish, Kinda Sexy, Whirl, Soar Dervish, and all them good stuff. I'm all good.

I just feel bad for everyone who stayed up. Hope you guys still get what you want whatever happens!

Something ain't right here. This will be a sneak attack collection. It'll be a surprise to us all. Have they ever released a collection in-store before online?

I think the only time I see that is when it might launch on Nordstorms or something.

Usually they push one or two of them back..they always do this come Spring.
