I would. It's not worth it! We have to keep snowblowing our driveway just so we can get out when we do need to get out! The street plows keep plowing us in too. This morning the end of the drive was blocked in 3' deep. I'm not cut out for this!Omg Erine be careful ... Up here temps are ridic too.. I'm seriously thinking callin out Tomo so I don't freeze into a statue ;p

Here in NYC it's like 3 degrees and with the wind chill it feels about -20. I'm loving it! Yes. I am a freak. I enjoy the brutal cold weather. I can deal with warmer temps like 30's, 40's, 50's, etc. I just can't take anything 80 degrees or hotter nowadays. My friends all say I'm a Polar Bear or a Penguin due to my love of cold weather.Deal! 41 is a heat wave for me right now!Okbut we will do fun Cali things and we'll complain when it's 41 degrees cold here.![]()
My poor pup too. Every time I take him out he just stares at me and tries to pull back to the house. Thanks, but I'm not driving anywhere until my doctors appointment on wed. I was just out clearing off my car so i wasn't waiting til last minute. I think our official totals were like 12" yesterday, so 19" total. I'm staying put tomorrow, inside, nice and toasty! I feel so bad for the girls tho. They hate going outside!Drive safely erin.![]()

It amazes me that last month stuff was all delayed with UPS and even Starbucks blamed being out of syrup on the ice storm but now we have like 2 ft of snow here and my packages are not just on time but are coming a day early. My Riri package sat for a week in Dallas before after sitting for days in Nashville too. Wtf lol.My eyes actually froze shut while i was out clearing off my car. It's no joke out there!
Wait... what? Well damn! I am FREEZING in Texas right now (I can't handle anything colder than 55 without cussing lol). If we had those kinds of temps here I'd lock myself in my apartment lol! We've had freezing temps, but it's dry. The very second we get some precipitation or ice the city is shutting down lol. No one knows how to drive on ice here!
U s Texans get a little nutty when it gets icy out. lol. I would think though that Northern Texas would be slightly more used to it and more prepared as I think they're usually good for a freeze every winter. I just know I hope UPS gets a bit better at delivery next holiday season, this was a bit of a joke.It amazes me that last month stuff was all delayed with UPS and even Starbucks blamed being out of syrup on the ice storm but now we have like 2 ft of snow here and my packages are not just on time but are coming a day early.
