Thanks for the info. If that's the case I might go in and pre-order them there and pick them up on the 20th(?) I just can't wait for my online order to come in, so I may have to cancel that.

Actually, I just called my Nordies, and they have the collection on display, too and they take pre-orders. Cool, I'll stop by tomorrow.

The pearlizers are two repromotes from the Belle Azure Collection as well,... 100 degress is sooo beautiful! And I wash shocked at how pretty Quiver was,.. When I first saw it I was like,.. lovely a shimmery rust color,.. but when applied its awesome,...

Yesterday I finally went over to Nordstrom to look at the Novel Twist display and honestly I wasn't all that impressed. The pearlizers are nice, but thats about it. I'm glad I only pre-ordered the two brush sets and the pink pearlizer online. It's OK though because that gives me more money for Flashtronic and Rushmetal.

I saw the sets today, yeah no paint pots/blushes/beauty powders! Boo, but I liked 100 Degrees, a lovely pink, just very hot, and quiver, I just feel that I need this color, I also love the buki brushes! I only pre-ordered the pearlizers.

I checked out the sets today and I'm impressed. I think they are a great intro to the fall season. The colors are great and they don't look like dupes of other colors from the other Nordies Collections. I'm really excited about the Quiver pearlizer and the Coral lip palette.

greatscott2000, which Nordies did you go to? i've been to 3 and none of them had it on display. one counter gave me a foldout, but had nothing for display.

I went to the Nordies in Horton Plaza in San Diego. I was too wrapped up in playing with the palettes that I forgot to ask if I could take a pic.. I got a fold out though from the counter in UTC but they didn't have the product for display..

I didn't get to swatch but the palettes and brush sets were out at Bay Hillcrest (Richmond Hill/Toronto) and available for pre-order. I tried the pearlizers and while Hundred Degrees is pretty, I think I'm to warm/olive for it and it'd look chalky on me. Perhaps in winter, but I'm passing for now. Quiver looks... positively gorgeous!

I can't wait to use it at my sis's wedding next week (the MA said they're available for pickup on Friday 13) but if not, I've got the rest of the summer. And the mini-kabuki was too cute to pass up.

The palettes didn't interest me as there seems to be too much repeat, but the gold in the warm palette (Antique Gold) looks very pretty. Old Gold p/m might be decent enough as a dupe, tho with more of a green flash/duochrome. The other new shadow, Adlib, seems more of a grey-blue (actually, pale blue-green) than a grey-brown, and a bit on the chalky side tho pretty to look at.

I pre-ordered the warm eyes shadow palate... love all of the colors and forunatly don't have any of them! I also got the pro-brush set as my brush collection is insanely small!

I'm sort of torn on the warm pearlizer...I want the brush but I'm not sure how much I'd actually use the pearlizer.

i'm still uncertain if i should purchase the warm and cool eyeshadow palette. i will make my decision once the collection comes out.

I didn't order any of the e/s palettes. I got the pink pealiser, pro brush set, plum lips, both blushes, and the repromote beauty powder. I forgot to order any l/g.

Oh yeah... i also got 2 paint pots. I think i got the blue and burgandy one. Can't remember the names.

i'm a knitter, so this whole tweed bag with yarn strings on it is my theme. and that promo pic! i need to find similar yarn and knit myself a scarf like that! i can't wait - 16 more days for both my brush sets and kabuki brush.....now how do i hide this from the fiance (shame on me - i'm suppose to not spend since we're getting married)
