Top Drugstore Buys/ Bargain Basement Beauties?

I noticed recently we had a "what are your top 10 Mac products" thread and I thought it would be really useful to see what are folks "Top 10" drugstore handy little bargain products?

Off the top of my head, here's the drugstore/bargain products I'd personally recommend, not quite a top 10 cos there's 13 but they're all real value products and every one is cheap as chips.... I'll put the price I paid for each whether it be in UK £ or US dollars just as a rough point of reference...

Face
-----
- NYC Perfect and Reflect Quad - 2 handy concealers, a e/s base and a highlight - about £2.99 in UK

- Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Dolly Pink - about £3.99 in UK

- Pure Luxe blush in Nymph... glittery peach, a copy of Orgasm - $1 for a generous sample

Eyes
-----
- Rimmel Volume Flash mascara in black, it's not quite Hypnose but at a fraction of the price it's pretty damned good. A bit messy, but hey so is Zoomlash, and it's great volumising. The waterproof and "extra black" formulas are not as good as the original. - about £4.99 in UK

- Fyrrinae loose powder shadow in Digital Faerie, superbright turquoise with green sparkle, a really unique and fun "bright" - $1 for a decent sample

- Collection 2000 fast-stroke liquid eyeliner in waterproof black... great little budget liquid eyeliner with a surprisingly good applicator - short and stubby, easy to use and precise, this is one of my HGs - about £2.09 in UK

- Milani single shadow in Java Bean: shimmery dark bronzed brown, great pigmentation - $3.49

- Milani single shadow in Classic Beige, a superb highlight colour with a smooth and silky application - $3.49

- Stargazer is a cheap and nasty "gothic" makeup brand that's in the main, best avoided, but their false eyelashes are great value for money and there is an outrageously large range, from natural to TOTAL theatrical, and I think some of their feathered sets are positively a work of art - £1.99 to £3.99 in UK

Lips
----
- Collection 2000 plastique lipgloss in Pink Opal - a metallic taupey-pink that's very wearable, this gloss also has a lovely sweet taste and smell, a bit like violets - about £2 - £3 in UK

- Rimmel full volume lipstick in "Screamer", a nice solid bright red with a slight nutty undertone to it, creamy texture and lasts well - about £3.99 in UK

- Stargazer (again) lipstick in 106, which is, quite simply, the brightest pink I've ever been able to find - almost like dayglo fluoro pink - not the greatest quality lipstick in the world, but the colour is absolutely unique and always gets me compliments when I wear it - it is WAY brighter than my two favourite MAC pinks "Impassioned" (which I think is the Mac lippie it's most like), or "Girl About Town"....This lippie is so intensely pigmented with hot pink colour it looks red in the tube! - £1.99 in the UK

Nails
-----

- Rimmel 60 seconds in "Zeitgeist", a plummy pink which has a really interesting bronzey-green pearl sheen to it. - about £3 in the UK

So what little uber-bargains do you gals use? C'mon, share!

I use Almay mascara. Because of how often you're supposed to pitch mascara, I can't see buying anything but drug store. I've tried high end and for me, the payoff was exactly the same.

I like Revlon liquid eyeliner. Again, to me, same payoff but cheaper.

I like Milani lipsticks. Very cheap, very beautiful colors.

I used to buy Jane nail polish, which was decent, and Revlon nail polish. I also like OPI, but I forget what they're considered. No matter what, professional or at home, expensive or cheap, I manage to always chip my nails. No point in spending a ton of money on nail polish.

Oh! I forgot how good NYX is!! I'd add two more products to my list fer sure:-

Lips
----
NYX Killer Lips Brush on Gloss in Fusion - highly pigmented blue-toned fuschia with bright blue pearl, I reckon this is a doubler for Mac's lacquer in "Veneer" - about £3.99 in UK

Eyes
------
NYX - single eye colour in "Violet" - a great little velvetty medium pinky purple which is surprisingly highly pigmented for a budget shadow - about £3.49 in UK

Revlon
Colorstay -- my go-to foundation. They have an excellent choice of shades, especially for those who are more warm-toned.

Loreal
Ideal Balance Quickstick -- for when I'm feeling too lazy to put effort into foundation.

HIP lipgloss in Mystical -- a beautiful almost-red. Love it, love it, love it!

Prestige
liners (both pencil and liquid) - they are a fantastic price and they come in a great assortment of colors. More importantly, they stay put.

Rimmel

Eye Magnifier Mascara -- it makes my tiny, stick-straight lashes look a little longer and a little more curly. I don't have clumping problems with this mascara. To be honest, I like most Rimmel mascaras.

60 second nailpolish -- It's cheap, comes in a variety of shades, and is excellent for when I'm feeling too impatient to wait for nails to dry.

Other

I buy cheap no-name nailpolish at the Asian grocery. They come in all sorts of colors, from the demure to the outrageous. And, they range anywhere from $.50 to $2.00.

For the Prestige eyeliners, do you use the pencil one or the liquid one? I 've always wanted to try the liquid one, but I wonder how is the staying power throughout the day?
