That actually depends. If the pan was depotted from its pot form and you're trying to B2M the pot and the pan as separate items, then no, cause that's just cheating two items which should be counted as one. However, if the e/s pan is a pro pan (bought from the store as a e/s pan with a magnet adhered at the bottom), the MAC MAs told me that they do count as a B2M.
