Thanks for the rec ! I didn't think I got maximum "oomph" from the shadows today because I used the worst base I have (old concealer)...was in a hurry. Am just gonna do the same eotd tomorrow with a really good base/primer

Leelee, I, too, have dry lids. Be sure to check out Lorac's new Behind the Scene eye primer. Not drying at all & a terrific price for such a large amount. Ton of reviews on sephora.com.

Prance- the most pigmented out of the 5. And also most metallic. It actually has a few diff colored tints to it. White, silverish-gold, pinkish-mauve tint. It's kind of hard to explain. Love love this color!

Based on your description, I'm going to have to revisit this tom. when I go past the MAC store. I'm not a big pink wearer because of my yellow undertone -- have to be very selective on what pinks I do choose. When I swatched this I yesterday, I saw a shimmery whitish pink about a shade or so darker than phloof, but based on your description, it sounds very much like a chameleon color that will be influenced by other colors worn with it. Definitely worth a 2nd looksy.

prance + unflappable = love. a lovely smokey combo. does wonderful things for the colors in my hazel eyes because of the pinks and purples, but they are subtle enough that it's a pretty neutral, wearable look.

Would you choose kissable lipcolor over cremesheen glass?

For me, the kissables are way more modern in texture, so in a fashion sense, I'd pick them over c/s/g. They're much more opaque and don't need lip liners or lipstick underneath to look great, so that's another consideration.

However, I still think the c/s/g has a very comfortable texture on the lips and the glossiness and thickness works well for certain colors. Milkier colors and light, pale colors just look nice in that formula. For example, I'd take Vanity Fair or Scandelicious in the kissable formula over the cremesheen formula in a heartbeat, but I'd rather own something like Fashion Scoop or You've Got It (cremesheen) over Woo Me.

SO HARD TO DECIDE!

I'm gonna have to go with Flaunting It for the perfect blend of wild color plus wearability (which is really hard to come by) for my #1 pick.

Peacocky wins for taking a total trendazoid color and making it sophisticated and flattering for all skin tones.

Super and Exxxhibitionist tie for most stylish catwalk colors for Spring '11.

Temper Tantra wins for forward looking color - this one'll be huge by the end of the year and into next.

Love Peck gets the sexiest award.

hey guys! I'm sortsa back! The surgery went great and I now have 20/20 vision finally! My package is still not here though I called MAC and they said it should be here by Monday coz they were some delays cpz of the crappy weather.

I'm gonna stay on a bit and read some of ur reviews but they told me I need to limit my computer/TV activities to 2 hours per day till Sunday. In the meantime, I made a new l/s wishlist from this collex:

- Love Peck

Will prob pick these up at the counter tomorrow. I'm gonna show up with my sexy ultra dark post surgery shades

I just got mine & I have to agree - I LOVE LOVE Flaunting on. But I think I equally Love Vanity Fair as well - tied for me.

You know, its SOOOO nice to have a gloss ACTUALLY give me the same color on my lips as it is in the tube as my lips are very pigmented! Yay!!!

Oh, I also got Woo Me & its a really lovely pinky neutral nudie on me & we all know how I love Nudies

I didnt get anything from peacoky. Im officially not buying anything from mac unless it has a super special packaging like Wonder Woman (not even sure if im getting anything from there either because it hasnt caught my attention yet) or if its something i always wanted but never got , like the mac colored mascara that is supposed to come out in a couple of months

20/20 Vision, Saadeh, that's awesome. I am glad the surgery went well. I actually am blind as a bat which explains why I have the same colored lipstick by 20 different companies, but I swear they are different.

So, got the rest of my Peacocky shadows today & I am LOVE with all of the colors with my fave being Spectacle of Yourself! What an awesome color.

I used Center Stage all over the lid up to crease (what a freakin yummy brown ES) Spectacle on the inner 3rd, Dandizette (lightly) smudged into the crease & slightly above - Gorgeous.
I also got Unflappable which is such a beautiful color as well. I only do smokey eyes so these colors rock.

I do want to get Papparaz she - I swatched it today & loved it.

I think MAC needs to make the Kissables Permanent!!! Oh, & & some more colors pleeeease. Love them so much

So I don't normally post pictures of myself, but I love these shadows and I wanted to share the look I did for work today. I work in an engineering office and I'm one of the few people that actually wears makeup, so I try to keep things pretty subtle. I used Prance e/s on the lid and Centre Stage e/s in the crease with Dipdown fluidline. (Please excuse the crappy phone pics.... it was all I had!)

The streets were already covered in crap by time I woke up, so I am going to have to order without getting to play with stuff first. I thought maybe Top of the Posh was too light for me, but I think it'll work. I'm also thinking about Tweet Me because I don't really have a color like that. Prance, Ego, Noir Plum are looking like possibilities, also. Anyone have any thoughts on Woo Me for my complexion? Not sure about that one.

Also, Exxxhibitionist is exactly like Viva Cyndi, not Toxic Tale or Strange Potion. If you love Cyndi or missed out on it, buy Exxxhibitionist.

Aaaand, I feel like I don't need Love Peck because Dark Deed and Hang Up(which I am wearing in my avatar) sort of fill my quota on vampy lip shades, but I think all the love for this collection has me wanting it anyway.

I'd run over people for a lovely true purple.

I'm wearing Love Peck and I just got back from lunch eating a BBQ chicken sandwhich. Yes my lips are still fully colored. Sure a little wore off, but I really don't need to reapply. My friend even commented "Where'd you get that lipstick because none of mine survive lunch." I'm going after work swatching every color and buying all the ones that work with my skin tone. I know Scandelicious looks like GAT which I have. It also looks awfully close to Strawberry Fields which I also own. Guess what, I guarantee I'll have Scandelicious in my possession before the day is done. I bet some of these will end up at the CCO as well. For once I'm not going to take the chance and wait because that's how much I love this kick a$$ forumula. If they do get there, I'll buy some more. I already know what lippies I have that will slowly be phased out. So long loved ones, you served me well.

I've have a ridiculous amount of lipgloss and this is my favorite formula. Don't toy with me MAC, make these permanent. You'll have steady income from me if you do. If you haven't tried these, please do. You won't regret it.
