Yeah, it's really bizarre... the funny thing is that by that description you really would think the stripes were the overlay since that sounds like the beige part!

CREW is waiting for me at the counter but i dont think i like the fact that the white stripe is an overlay. i wanted every single stripe to go till the end of the product, but anyways one more reason to back it up. the mixture of crew is so beautiful, like a colorful glow. i cant wait to have that. temptalias look doesnt give the credit that it deserves.
i also have LAUNCH AWAY which is like a pink INMORTAL FLOWER on me. totally beautiful.
my nordstroms counter is having a makeup event on saturday the 26th, I'll get my makeup done. i want to try AU ROSE, FLEET FAST, and the EYESHADOWS. i also want to try the BRONZERS since i have never used one and a professional is going to apply it,maybe i can get some tips as well.

If you look over on the one side, she dug a hole all the way down to the pan and there was no more beige, only orange.
BTW, does anybody think the oils will sell out fast? I really like Man Rays but I was going to wait a bit to get it...turns out that I'm a little TOO pregnant to fit into any of my pants and so my Hey Sailor money is going to that instead.

Wow - that was quick! The lippies are still available in Canada, but I think Fleet Fast is sold out. It was showing that way but now shows the 'Add to Bag' button; only it doesn't load to the cart. It's a holiday weekend for us; I wonder if that will make things sell out more or less quickly.

Top row from left to right To Catch a Sailor, Toxic Tale, Sail La Vie.
Bottom row from left to right Scarlet Ibis, Hibiscus.
The colour of To Catch a Sailor is most like the second picture in real life.
Sail La Vie in real life is most like the first picture.
Scarlet Ibis is redder, Toxic Tale is a lot pinker and Hibiscus is sheerer and pinker, but not as pink as Toxic Tale.

I'm so glad I popped on here.. I totally forgot about the collection going on the website early. Picked up Crew, FF, Riviera life, and Jaunty.
I was on the fence about SLV so it being sold out is a sign I don't need it (unless someone wants to talk me into going to a counter to find it, lol).

Shellcat insisted I share my FOTD with SLV (Lasting Sensation Lipliner & BR l/g dabbed on the center tp & bottom lip)... SLV is my favorite thing from this collection! If you can grab it at your counter... DO IT!!
(I'm also wearing Barefoot on my lid, Jaunty in the crease, Handforged pencil top and bottom lashline, and FF blush)

I think SLV is a little easier for me to wear than SI. I think of SLV as SI more casual sister. It's got a sheen instead of matte, which I think makes it more wearable for everyday. EVERY lippie I've seen on you looks gorgeous! I think you could pull it off beautifully! Let me know how you like it if you pick it up!
