No, it was very pale even in its original version.

I was hoping Unconventional blush would be icy lavender with more of a silver sheen. I have Full of Joy and I don't like it anymore, pulls too pink for me.

YES! THIS! I wouldn't have minded if it was an icy lavender, it doesn't have to be too mid toned or darkish, just lavender purple(ish) with and icy/silver sheen would have had me so happy. I'm tired of lavender blushes that lean too much towards pink. I, too, have Full of Joy and I use it as a highlighter due to it's light sheen and pinkish tone. Boo MAC! Make us some real lavender blushes.

I think this collection just became a skip for me. Was thinking of that lavender blush but it's just so pink. I have a lot of pale pink blushes, they're easy to find and at a much lower price.

Unconventional kinda looks like what I wanted the pink blush from glamourdaze to look like! Almost a pastely pink. I love my FOJ, def be picking it up. I wish this was up today! I caught my husbands stomach bug he had yesterday. I could use a pick me up So looks like my list is... -Seductive Intent Mattene x2 -Nocturnal Instincts Mattene (if I see awesome swatches I might back this up too) -Unconventional Blush -Perky Lipglass I'm so excited!

I really like the look of the mattenes. I was afraid that I wouldn't because of the lack of purple. I'm not sure about the blushes. They look pretty, but I have Full of Joy and a couple of bright pink blushes (Azalea, Rhubarb) so maybe I don't need them.

Have you tried a mattene before? If not definitely get this, because the formula is great! If you have tried mattenes before and prefer normal mattes then wait.

After seeing those swatches my original list has been confirmed. Going to get all 3 Mattenes and Unconventional blush (didn't buy FoJ earlier this year and LOVE this one

). So a nice and small haul
