Mac Pro Palettes discussion

I did a MAC live chat today and asked about the double palette. First she linked me to the single one. Then I told her I was asking about the DOUBLE one. She just ignored me and started talking about mascara. Soooo helpful.

It looks very pretty but I couldn't do it.

1) I like the smooth beautiful surface - wouldn't want to actually USE the lippies
2) I'm really an apply from the tube kinda girl

[COLOR=008000]so i couldnt resist and got  2 of new palettes for my shadows and blushes with out the inserts cause i wanted to wait for the pro inserts?. im kind of disappointed because all my shadows where flying around, like the magnets wouldnt hold to the palette. my passionate eyeshadow got a chipped. that never happened to me with the old ones. could some one explain to me the pro shadow inserts!!?? like how many shadows they hold? i honestly feel awful since i already offered my old ones for sell and then i already purchased a new ones. is the 24 insert just for creams products? i need to know so i can just go back to the store and buy the regular inserts. [/COLOR]:shock:

those look so pretty, another curious question--does it change the finish when you depot and reshape the product to fit the mold?

chopped the lipstick a little more than half and sqashed it with a spatula ...I was lazy so I microved all of them at the same time..Ruby Woo just didn't want to melt for some reason so I have to do that color by itself...

Don't be scared! It's super easy!!! It takes just a smidge less than a full teaspoon of lipstick for each spot.

I decided to only put my Pro refills in the new palettes. The newer shades are all more powdery (which I actually like as they blend like a charm), but the powder dust on the clear cover would drive me mad. Anyway, just replacing the palettes for my refills meant purchasing a dozen palettes
