OT: Buick, weren't you the one that raved about NARS Yachiyo brush? I got it a while back and love it too. Gave me the perfect excuse to buy Exhibit A and Taj Mahal and some other blushes while I was at it just to make sure it was really that great. Thanks for the idea. My wallet hated you btw.

I feel awful saying this but I've been neglecting mine lately. My current to-go blush brush is by Real Techniques. I don't know if it would work with Taj Mahal or Exhibit A though. Those suckers look too pigmented to be used with anything other than Yachiyo or Trish McEvoy Sheer Blush Brush.

You should try the RT stippling blush. I love it for cream blush and for super-pigmented powder blushes.

True. It's not the only brush I use for blush. More subtle colours like TPC for example don't need the Yachiyo. But @*#&!, especially Exhibit A =

and the Yachiyo calls me out to use it without any fear.

Good advice. I have been contemplating getting some RT brushes. New brushes are always welcome. However, these collections have drained the life out of my wallet. I am trying to resuscitate it as we speak, because I still feel I skipped some stuff I shouldn't have skipped...

I was playing around with the bronzers I have (Soft Sand, Sun Dipped and the Optical Bronzer from AOP), I feel like Soft Sand suits me best colorwise. I know everybody and their momma is raving about Sun Dipped, and while I kinda like the texture, the colour does look a little ''dirty'' one me (and kind of yellow-ish?!). At least that's what it looks like to me. But on the other hand it's less shimmery than SS, which is what I prefer, so I don't know which one I should get a BU of. Or maybe none at all, and I should save my cents to one day buy that pricey Guerlain bronzer that I want. But I don't think I'll ever be ready to spend more than 60€ on a bronzer.
Or just forget about bronzers and get Hot Nights instead, hmmm...I can't seem to forget about that one. I'm secretly hoping we'll see really bad reviews of it, so that I won't be tempted anymore. I was going through my stash, because since the weather is getting warmer I'm moving the majority of it in the basement, and the amount of blushes I have is getting out of control. So I need another one like a hole in my head.

As another paleface, although not as light as you are, i vote for the Guerlain.

I got the Guerlain Terracotta 4 Seasons Tailor-Made Bronzing Powder in Blonde on eBay. It was expensive but i paid only about 2/3 of the original list price, and i am convinced i got the real thing, because the quality is astonishing - both of the packaging and the product. I don't normally wear bronzer, although i own a few that i don't use - got them a few years ago when bronzer was new to me - before i realized i am not a fan of bronzer in general.

Terracotta 4 Seasons has FOUR colors in one pan, which is divided into quadrants, and the cake is HUGE. This way you can easily use one color or blend however many you like. They are all matte, which is so much more useable than shimmery/glittery ones (and i LIKE glitter - see my sig). So it works for contouring as well as bronzing, which many bronzers don't.

And, as i said, it's huge. I know mine will last me a lifetime - i'm over 60 so i probably only have a little over 30 years to go
