Amen to that because I rather not see a swatch then to see one that's not swatched right they can keep that

My order went through at 11:31 am (PST) so 2:31 EST and mine was shipped today. I ordered RRB, Heaux, the blush duo, and luster drops (and two lipsticks from AAO). I need to read through all these posts, I'm confused why orders made after official launch time are being canceled.

That's crazy orders I made at 10:30 pst still haven't shipped... I'm all spent with their nonsense

Seeing swatches im so over it lol. Like now we got swatches through im like whatever. I think the not knowing made it that much more like "i gotta have it!!" But now just looking at these im like meh. I really do love my riri woo though. Glad i got 2 and i will get one more with special packaging. And as for the girl who "snitched" kinda feel bad now knowing she deleted her account. But the fact she said she didnt know not to tell its just a general rule of thumb not just on this forum lol. Like u were told a secret about someone why would u tell that same someone what was said and where u heard it from lol.

Yeah, on Slickdeals she would have gotten much worse. I do feel bad that she left. It can be hard being new and making an honest mistake.

Pretty much! I feel bad that she felt so uncomfortable here that she had to delete her account. At the same time

ok i was just explained in detail why my orders were cancelled and if it's true, it makes sense.
They limited 4 orders per customer for RiRi. Since I placed 3 separate orders pre-launch, and was so scared that they might get cancelled so i placed 3 more after the launch, they counted the first 3 as legit orders and shipped one of the orders placed after the launch and cancelled the rest because i was past my 4 orders limit. They didn't realize that the initial 3 orders are cancelled. She said you can still place the order but I will get it mid-July so i asked her how are you going to fill all these backorders she said we have a limited backorders we are taking in. After that it will be "sold out".

Called CS my pending order is backordered even though I didn't receive an email. Hr said I was guaranteed to get it in July though...we'll see

They told this to someone else but that didn't happen with my orders. I would have hit 4 heauxs in my pre noon order, yet I still ordered three more after that since I knew they'd be cancelled and they only cancelled one of my post noon orders. So their reasoning is a bust. Erin already debunked their lie in a previous post as well
