which one???matte lipsticks always dry my lips A LOT

I get my lip balms from an indie company called Darling Clandestine. Her Etsy store is closed for most of June because she's traveling, but her new lip balms are amazing. I can slather it on, put the matte lipstick on without blotting the balm, and it'll still dry down matte without drying my lips out.

She does. They come in Canteloupe Mint, Churros, Violet Pear, Lavender Basil and Unflavored. The unflavored one is called "Recently Refined."

Her shop is magical. I started out with 3 sample perfumes because a friend loved her shop, and now I own almost everything she's released since I found her.

I saw a Gladiola on eBay for 54.99 the other week, I contemplated on buying it. Then I was like nah I would only buy it just to say I had it lol. Now they r up there for 120 bucks! It was a unique color but not that unique to me!

Yeah but I can say my wallet will be happy. Probably only #2 and 3 for me but that depends on swatches.

I can't wait for swatches of these to really tell what I do and don't want. Those MAC promo pics are usually kinda off to me so I try not to go by them except to get a slight idea of what kinda color it is, if that makes sense.

That's true, we can only hope it gets better. I love Retro Mattes it'd be a shame not to enjoy this collection

So excited for this collection guys! My favorite finish use to be amplified, but I have grown to love matte, and retro mattes even more... The lipstick stays on wayyyyyy longer!!! lol so Im def. gonna pick up a couple from this collection!!! Cant wait to see the color scheme!!

I love the last 6. Maybe it's just the swatches, but the first two look so light and I can't picture wearing a pale matte lip. It seems unflattering to me (feel free to prove me wrong!). I'm excited for more colors in this finish though.
