Yea, it seems like it would work on WOC solely as a highlight. I don't think I would wear it by itself all over the lid.

I think I can achieve the look I'm going for with Summer Honey all over the lid. Simple everyday look with a bit of flare.

I know right? I think after this I'll just get Deeply Dashing and be done with the Pressed Pigments. I'm probably going to try Vanilla Diamond on top of shadows like Soba or Romp to see how it looks. I think we'll definitely be able to werk it. LOL.

Damson is the only one I really, really want. Since I have a love/hate relationship with these, I am going to let Fate decide. If it does not sell out before payday, its coming home with me. If not, then it wasn't meant to be. I could end up getting remorse and hunting it down later, but we'll see. I have a feeling I will snatch up more of these later at my CCO for the discount. (On my list of possibles, this would include Moth, Black Grape, Midnight, and Pink Pepper, Lime Ice).

In part, this has to do more with me needing to cut back on colors I already have dupes of though, rather than lack of enthusiasm for the products because in theory I love pressed pigments. I love pigments in general and the pressed form really cuts down on the mess. But, I would really like to see some pressed forms of my favorite piggies, including some of the less glittery ones, like Cool Pink, Heritage Rouge, Mauvement, Sweet Sienna, Museum Bronze, Fairylite, well, you get the idea.

So far I'm not regretting not getting Lime Ice. Idk why but something about the finish is bothering me. Damson looks amazing in everyone's swatches though. I can't wait to use it!

I originally wanted Lime Ice too, but seeing swatches has put me off! I ordered Pink Pepper and Summer Honey. I will go back ad buy Damson too. All the others I want are permanent, so no rush.

Just a quick note because I am still at work. I got my package today and I love what I got (Vanilla Diamond, Black Grape and Pink Pepper). They are all beautiful. I will pick up Damson and Moth when they come to Nordies. Vanilla Diamond is stunning and looks very versatile. Black Grape is everything I hoped that it would be. I can't wait to play with this one. Pink Pepper is my favorite of the bunch. Gorgeous! I want to try it in a look with Hot Paprika and Plumage.

Did you happen to see how much they were selling it for? I haven't been to my nearest CCO in a long time and have been wanting to take a trip.

Ugh Midnight is SOOOO pretty but I'm really trying to stick to my guns here and pass on it because I so rarely wear blue e/s. Actually, I'm even debating passing on Pink Pepper now in order to save more for PLW and Retro Mattes. Might just be Damson for me!

Moth might be closer. On Erine Black Grape literally looks purple.
